Neal Maybin from Advantage Roofing is the very definition of "CUSTOMER SERVICE." From the installation of my new roof in 2018, to stopping by to determine that the leak in my hallway was from the AC unit and NOT a roof leak, and not charging me anything for the house call. Neal is a man of his word. He ALWAYS comes through and does exactly what he says he's going to do. In a day and age where customer service and customer appreciation is all but gone . . . Neal and Advantage Roofing restore my faith in EXCELLENT customer service. I can NOT recommend Advantage Roofing more highly. Call them today. You will be VERY glad you did.

Advantage was great-they did a complete roof replacement for us and did it all in a week. The crew worked hard and thoroughly cleaned the site at the end of each day. The owner/sales representative was on site often and kept us apprised of progress and issues-good communication and execution throughout the project.

They were very professional, upfront with the cost, and provided written information about the products used upfront. They used only workers they hire and no subcontractors. They are insured. They showed up before the scheduled date with our permission. The quality of the work is superb and they cleaned up as if they had never been there.

Advantage Roofing did my re-roof and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the initial contact through completion, they were prompt, courteous, and professional. The job was completed in the promised time and was priced fairly. Permits were handled and I received a release of lien and certificate of completion without even having to ask. I would 100% use them again.

Advantage Roofing did a perfect job! The whole process was easy and straight-forward. They did exactly what we wanted them to do. They were reliable, efficient, honest, professional and knowledgeable. The new roof is beautiful and they did an awesome job cleaning up our yard. It has been almost two weeks, and I still haven't found any nails anywhere on our property. The price was excellent for the work performed. All the other quotes we got were significantly higher for the same work Advantage Roofing did. We highly recommend Advantage Roofing for anyone who needs a re-roof. Advantage Roofing did a excellent job on replacing my roof with the Landmark Pro shingles. House was built 2005 and needed replacing, prices were the same as all the other quotes I got from 3 other companies, they came out pulled the whole thing off in a day, replaced a few pieces of board, brought my house to code then put the whole new one on the next day. Very professional, no problems with anything, highly recommend!

Entire process went well, and the crew paid attention to details, going above and beyond. A rain storm threatened during first day of tear-off, but the crew buttoned up securely and with no leaks. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Very professional. Very informative. Answered all questions and addressed all problems quickly and promptly. Included wind mitigation inspection for no additional charge. Price was competitive with other Angie's list recommendations.

The communication was always quick and clear. The owner made multiple trips in person to our home before work began just to make sure we understood everything. The workers showed up early every day of the project and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat! The owner even called a couple weeks after the job to make sure we were satisfied.
