We liked the their presentation and the virtues of the stair lift. We had checked with two other companies and Acorn Stairlifts Inc had the best offer. All aspects of our experience were positive. However, we were told that we would hear from their customer service by the Friday before the installation, but no one called. I had to call the following Monday which was only one day before the install. The installer was very meticulous and professional in his installation of the stair lift. I will highly recommend Acorn Stairlifts Inc to anyone who needs a stair lift and would absolutely use them, again.,
