Do not hire this company definitely scam artist it?s amazing how all of the reviews prior to 2004 were good. Something must?ve happened between 2003 2004 because they are scams scheduled the 1 09 air conditioning vent cleaning and dryer cleaning from Premier magazine in Volusia County should?ve known when they walked in with their unprofessional Mickey mouse equipment, the guy was a real sharpie, con artist, BS artist, and unfortunately, we felt for and as other people had said it went from the 109 to an extremely high number to do a really good job. I have severe allergies and felt I needed to have it done a friend of ours on an air conditioning company for over 35 years and when he saw what was going on, they told us this needs to stop. Did you go through a majority of the rooms partially paid for the Services really regret even that find someone else to do this job for you because they are a scam

service was good but do not believe the coupons for $79.00 cost was over $360,00 should explain when appointment is made!! this was for air duct deep cleaning was not explained on appointment call!!

The service was HORRIBLE. I do NOT recommend. The technician was unprofessional. I had a coupon for $99 air duct and dryer vent cleaning with unlimited duct per 1 A/C. The technician did a poor job, if any, with duct cleaning. He made a mess and did not clean up. He kept trying to sell products > $1000. I kept referring to the coupon for $99. When he was about to leave, I had to remind him of the dryer vent cleaning as per coupon. He then just replied that he had a bad back and could not move the dryer!! What did he come for, if he knew that. Moving the dryer is part of the procedure to clean the vent of the dryer. He then requested payment, but we refused to pay the full amount as he did not complete the service. I called the office to express my disappointment and the technician had the nerve to text that office while I was speaking with them! He was not pleased with a lower payment amount. He even used his personal car that leaked oil in my driveway! Terrible EXPERIENCE!

be aware that ABC Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning is a Scam! The man came to my home after I saw an ad in the Volusia/Flagler Sept issue of Home Mag. I had a coupon for $109 air vent and dryer duct cleaning. He proceeded to "bait and switch". Offered me a $499 sanitation extra and I foolishly took it. It was probably vinegar! He also tried to sell me a light to rid my AC of "bacteria" for $1,000.00 and $750.00 more in anti mold cleaning. This guy is a scammer and I am a senior who fell for part of his act.He preys on the elderly. He also tried to leave without doing the dryer vent cleaning and when i objected (I had already given him the check) he pulled the dryer away from the wall and did nothing except ruin my flexible duct. Do not allow this fraud into your home!!!
