Excellent - he came out the day after I called and installed the new icemaker. He is now going to be my 'go to' appliance repairman. I used Hartman's for 17 years, but that business has been sold and the new owner doesn't even come close to providing the same level of service as the previous owner.

Josh was very professional! He went out of his way to explain everything. He advised me it would be better to replace washer than fix it. We hit it off! I think of him as "good ol boy!" Not some fast talking salesman trying to squeeze more money out of a job!

He first suggested what needed to be done and told me that it might even solve my problem BEFORE he even came out to make a service call. What a businessman. Will definitely call him again for other appliance problems.

The stove was fixed quickly and works perfectly now. The labor charge seemed a bit high to replace a simple part.

had to return to office to obtain part. did not charge for two trips to home...works OK now, but not great....may be more the GE model is not a good design

Called Aaron Appliance Repair at 8:00 a.m. and was told he would come between Noon & 2:00 p.m. I was notified 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He checked out the refrigerator told me the problem and the cost. The part that was needed for the repair was not in his truck at the time but made arrangements to come back the next day to complete job - and he did. Very happy with Aaron Appliance Repair - will keep him as my regular repair guy just in case something else falls apart. It usually does.

It didn't. I submitted a contact form from their website. I followed up with a phone call the next day, getting a recording that one of their technicians would be contacting me. ZERO response.

"At Aarons Appliance Repair we carry lots of parts on our truck for service but happened to not have this particular part that day. The part was promptly picked up and service was rescheduled as soon as possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused but unfortunately this happens from time to time because it is logistically impossible to carry every part for every machine."

The tech found it to be a be a burned out thermostat. He ordered the part and returned next day to replace. 29 days later the same part failed. They came back out and replaced at no charge.

Aaron's Appliances did a great job! I had a protection agreement with Lowes on this dryer. After spending TWO MONTHS with two different companies that Lowes sent out to try to get it fixed, I finally gave up and called Aaron's appliances. I called them on a Monday, the dryer was fixed on Thursday. It was the best $240 I ever spent. I highly recommend Aaron's to all of the other Angie's list subscribers out there.

Great! Josh came out two times after the original repair because we continued to have problems (some unrelated). He did a great job and was more than fair in his price.

I called Aaron's to come out to repair a Whirlpool standing Freezer that had ceased to function. During the call the repair person suggested we check the power first prior to him coming out. The suggestion saved his time and our money. Apparently, the GFI had tripped on the outlet. An expensive way to learn about a GFI tripping (all stored foods were lost), but cheaper than having Aaron's come out. Thank you, sir. If we ever need an Appliance repair person. You will be the first one called.

I appreciated dealing directly with the owner of the company. He tried to save me money on the part needed by calling around, but couldn't. Very professional. He flexed his schedule to accommodate me. He immediately knew what was wrong and didn't try to pressure me for repair rather than replacing the dryer, but gave a full explanation of my options.
