Good workers

My move took 5 hours and cost 960 dollars, (5*160 per hour + 160 for the truck and moving across town). The guys were capable, and besides some struggles putting the bed frames together, kept it moving without much pause. Minor scuffs around the houses. I'm not thrilled about the 5th hour but overall it was a positive experience.

I do not know who wrote your reviews!! This is one of the worst Moving Companies we have ever used!! I called explained the situation to one of the owners Jessica and all she could do was try to make excuses for her staff!! I explained to her that we were ex-military and had moved over 13 times in 28yrs.. Her response was, ?It was a big move?.. when you came and gave us an estimate instead of taking on a job of this size, you should admit your company can not handle it!! I expressly said to her,? I guess customer service is not in your forte? as a company!! I explained to her that I was not able to get to my sink cupboards or in my closet because how they had ?double stacked? wardrobe boxes & dish packs!! Her excuse was, ?well they did that to make it easier on you?! Excuse me.. If I can not get to my counter tops in the kitchen or in my closet to hang clothes up, how is that helping me!! Plus, she sent 6-7 men to unpack the trucks, they said we are ready to go home.. When I went out looked at Garage they had literally put some of our our bathroom boxes full of toiletries in the Garage they just piled boxes on top of 1 another in such a matter it looks like they just threw the stuff in there.. Boxes were marked wrong all our bathroom Items were not wrapped in such disarray in the boxes that I am still trying to sort them out!! Jessica finally said last Thursday, when I talked to her on phone, what can I do to rectify . I specifically told her to come straighten the stuff in garage that they haphazardly threw in there!! I have never heard back from her since!! ?This speaks volumes of how she runs this company!!? I am including pics of how stuff was haphazardly thrown in garage!! Word of mouth speaks volumes about a company!! I have sent a letter to BBB, Angies List, All Military Bases in the region everyone else I can think of to Blacklist this Company!! I was only able topost 1 pic.. This gives you an idea at there work!

I cannot say enough about the service and professionalism we experienced . We moved our son from Jacksonville to Gainesville UF college. Ryan and staff worked very hard and took care with every corner they worked fast to keep on schedule . I am from Minnesota and was very comfortable doing business long distance ! Polite and smiled through the entire move . we got our moneys worth ! Would hire again !!

Other than minor dents and scratches on our furnitures, their movers did an excellent job. They are cheerful and seem to love their job. It was so nice seeing Jessica and her husband helped out moving our stuff. Not too many owners do that. Very nice of them.

Ryan, Michael and Zion were great! They finished exactly on time and we’re very helpful offering assistance eleven after they off loaded the truck. Professional and clean with pleasant attitudes. You will not beat the price and combine that with their quality of service you cannot go wrong with this team! Thanks!

The two owners came to the house before I agreed to have them move our belongings and showed them everything that needed to go. They agreed and gave us a fair price. When the date came, we did not have everything packed which was not a big deal because I agreed to have them return and help me pack. The first day was very difficult since we have lived there for 40 years and through those years have collected many things. Three trucks came, five workers and they started moving everything that was ready. The one thing that had to be moved was the items in the attic which was full of Xmas items in boxes and 2 reindeers which stood alone. They began to take things down and were doing good then stopped. The owner then stated they could not move everything down because their insurance does not allow them to go up in the attic. By that time my nerves were rocked on the speed they were working and the way they were handling the items they moved. Then came the unloading into the garage and I asked them to put Xmas, garage, basement items in the garage. All of my boxes were labeled on where they had to go but they just tossed things where ever they wanted. I can go on and on but it is so nerve-wracking to relive those days, I just quiet. The young men were very nice but they were told what to do and how fast they needed it done. As I stated before, lots of our things were not packed and planned to have them back for as long as it took but we chose not to have them back and just finish ourselves with our friends. Good luck!

I canâ t say enough good things about this company. Two friendly, hard working men showed up to pack and did it quicker than we anticipated. The next day two friendly, hard working men showed up and loaded our belongings on the 26 foot truck and used every inch of the truck to do it. We could have never packed it the way they did. They safely stored our things for three days then showed up promptly and unloaded into our new home. Throughout all this there were changes that had to be made due to two closings back to back and how it all worked out but Jessica was professional, kind and made it all work. We never plan to move again but if we had to we would hire North Florida Movers again.

Jeremy, Trevor, Zion, & Aaron were professional and hard working. They were punctual and quickly began working. They wrapped and quickly loaded their 2 trucks with our belongings. They were very careful and treated our stuff like it was their own. After they arrived at home they quickly unloaded both trucks and place the furniture in the proper rooms as well as put back together the beds they took apart for the move. This was our best moving experience, bar none, and we have moved plenty. Iâ ll definitely recommend North Florida Movers and use them again if I have to move. I will even recommend the team we had today. GREAT JOB!!

timely, courteous, careful. The project was for my elderly mother who was moving back home after extended recuperation at her sister's house. My aunt has white carpet and is very meticulous. She was so pleased with their work that she kept their contact information to share with others in her community.
