Thank you for taking time to want to know more about Goode's Cleaning Services. My Name Is Judy Goode I’ve been married to Andy for 50 years, we have a lovely daughter, four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. For 34 years, I spent my career in New York as a Wall Street Computer Director, managing over 30 employees. After 911, I was scared to commute into the city, so my husband Andy and I decided to retire. We sold our home in 2003 and moved to this beautiful sunny state of Florida. For one full year we perfected the art of doing nothing and that sure was a lot of fun. However, it was time to make the doughnuts and we knew that we wanted to do something together. So we opened up Goode’s Cleaning Services. We now have 20 employees and we service over 208 homes and 30 offices. In 2008, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce nominated our cleaning company Small Business Leader of the Year. In 2014 The Clay Chamber award Goode's Cleaning Small Business of the Month. In 2015 thru 2018 Goode's Cleaning Services received Angie's List SUPER SERVICE AWARD. At Goode's Cleaning we take Cleaning very serious. Our company provides services Weekly, Bi–Weekly, Monthly or just on an as needed bases We do Move Ins And Move Outs . We are Licensed & insured and ready to make your Home or place of business shine. "Mr [Member Name Removed] is incorrect with his facts. We are in business 14 years with all the credentials a corporation should have. We are insured, bonded and carry workers comp. I sent him 3 American Citizen Ladies. The minute the ladies enter his home he asked the ladies to close his blind, the supervisor went to close his blind and told him that the blind would not close. He insisted that he wanted the blind closed she told him at least 4 times that the blind would not closed. He then told them that if they couldn't close the blind he didn't want them to stay and clean his home. (that in its self is quite odd) He then walks over to the blind and starts shouting at the ladies that they broke his blind. NOT TRUE AT ALL. It seems as though he wanted us to pay for a blind that was already broke, and he made his motive so clear by not allowing the ladies to clean. "Hi [Member Name Removed] So sorry that your explanation of displeasure is not accurate. For starters I gave you a $25 discount for your inconvenience on the time mix up. Additionally you were not truthful when we discussed cleaning the house I told you the move out would cost $400.00 you insisted on only needing 9 hours of cleaning for $250.00 that you felt it would be more than you needed because you claimed the house was in good condition., it was not. The ladies were there close to 15 hours plus, the following day because we stand behind the quality of work I sent 2 more people for an additional 3 hours. I would never ever be rude to any customer.
