They were at my home within a half hour of my call. ANDREW was extremely courteous and professional and patient as my garage was a mess. He even spoke with my husband on the phone and answered all questions and concerns he had. He completed the job thoroughly and efficiently and put everything he had done in writing in the form of a receipt . I would highly recommend them ! I am beyond satisfied with their service.

They had a service technician to my home within the hour. My air conditioner was cooling before noon. The brand new unit installed the month before by another company was repaired (warranty parts replacement was required) and brought up to code by the end of the week. They will be getting all my business from now on.

Honest and willing to get all info I requested..arrived in designated appt window and was done within the hour. Also replaced cap on something on the unit outside..said it would leak if no cap. I did not know it was missing..probably forgotten by last service tech who did a summer check up. His name was Andy. I would be comfortable using him again and your company.

THE TECH, CALLED FIRST, AND ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANNOR. TECH, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND CONSIDERATE OF OUR HOME, HE REMOVED HIS SHOES WHEN HE CAME INSIDE. TECH. IMMEDIATLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, WITH THE INFORMATION THAT I GAVE HIM. TECH CHECKED OUT THE SYSTEM, MADE ONE SMALL ADJUSTMENT, AND ADVISED US OF OTHER OPTIONS, IF WE HAD FURTHER PROBLEMS. OVER ALL A GOOD VISIT, SOLVED THE PROBLEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS WHO NEED HEAT OR A/C SERVICE.

Came out right away. Diagnosed the problem quickly (thermostat faulty), and repaired it. Did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff. Waived diagnostic fee with repair. Would definitely recommend!

After the storm (Irma) we lost our air conditioner . We called late in the afternoon and they said they could be out the next morning which was fantastic. They came when they said. called before and finished the job in an hour and half. Kenneth was excellent, he was professional, but friendly and efficient. I know with this storm he must working almost round the clock like a lot of other people.

We requested a quote online on Sunday and 5 minutes later, the owner called us to see what our problem was. On Labor Day he called to see if we had any cooling at all. Since we didn't, and our house was 90 degrees inside, he sent Kent to put some Freon in until they could get a new Rheem coil. We knew it was the coil, because we'd had a tech from the company that installed it come out and test it. It was only TWO years old! They wanted about $500 more to do the repair and said that covered the cost of the install, the part was free. WHAT! Anyway, on the following Friday, Kent came back, replaced the coil, fixed the mistakes that were made on the original install, flushed lines, put in new Freon and I can't believe how quiet the unit is, both inside and out!! Kent was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job, taking time to make sure it was right this time. I cannot give a greater than 5 star review, but if I could, I definitely would. Highly recommended company and technician!
