We were not arrogant at all with you, we were very nice and explained to you that we could fix the appliance since we were there… we had all parts available, you also called us again so our pricing couldn't of been as high as you claim. You had family/friends in your condo and you kept denying service and even your family/ friends were pleading with you to do the job so they could wash their clothes. The job was completed in full and the appliance is working… it’s not that we do not like you we respect you as one of our customers, but we can not continue to have issues like that considering we have full days. Our goal is to make our customers happy, but we unfortunately can not make them all. We denied your wanting of our service again due to this issue. We are very sorry that the job could not be completed fully by us. If the technician does not feel comfortable at all doing a job, then we fully support their decision. We have had issues in the past of an “easy job” turning into a not so easy job. JR informed you that if you contacted the proper company to drill into tile, then we would come back to finish the job correctly. The $80 was going towards the install fee, once the job would be completed it would be credited towards the install fee. We try to do every job to the best of our ability and safety. Hi, [Member Name Removed]... sorry about your terrible experience with us. We do have [Member Name Removed] service call & you were qualified for $10 off. We also DO NOT order our parts through Amazon, EBay, etc. We go through our direct distributer and also have [Member Name Removed] 30 day warranty on our service call and labor and 1 year warranty on parts. The part that you needed is called an idler pulley and the price is incorrect. With parts, labor, our service call and taxes your total came to $315.95 which you declined. JR also researched the part that you looked up on Amazon and it’s an after market part like previously stated we go through our DIRECT distributor and our parts are OEM which are original parts. Unfortunately, yes it was out of the 30 day warranty, when JR left your home the unit was working fine and on your invoice it states that you have a 30 day warranty and parts are covered for a year. JR also told you that that day he went 09/25.Unfortunately, we do not offer/service warranty work, gas appliances and commercial units.
