He was here early, prompt, readily found problem . He showed me problem; waterlines to dispenser were cut . Then sought out extra like measuring condenser which was less in refrigerant , which means soon Iâ ll be looking for new refrigerator .Then it didnâ t cost me more than expected for service call with a % off because of working for school s

Very pleased with the entire experience with JR Quality Appliance Service. They promptly responded to my request for a service call, provided information on their pricing and services, and quickly scheduled an appointment. JR was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He diagnosed our problems, clearly explained what each issue was, how to resolve it, and the price. The problem was fixed with the single service call.

They notified us of their delayed arrival time. They diagnosed the trouble as being a burned out ice maker motor quickly. They prepared a cost proposal, which we accepted. They had the part on their truck, and quickly installed it, and finished reassembly of the fridge. I am very satisfied with JR Quality Appliance service.
