JR Appliance was definitely Quality! Knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual: I Can't Give Them Enough kudos for what they accomplished! They fix the dryer so it doesn't bang around anymore. Came back and fixed the dishwasher so the door wouldn't slam down. The last person we had said that couldn't be done. They also replaced the refrigerator edging around the doors so it shuts tightly and the filter. Fair price, Quick Service will definitely use them again!

Today my refrigerator was dying. They came out and assessed the situation. They were honest and ethical and stated that it would cost more to repair it correctly then to buy a new one. They could have done some repair to temporarily get it running and make some more money on the service call, but instead, they were truthful and looked out for my best interest. This is rare nowadays. They will definitely get my repeat business if I am in need of appliance repair. Thank you
