This guy is the best. He came on the same day requested and was professional as well as friendly. He handled the problem quickly and efficiently. I recommend him highly for any appliance concern.

Was friendly and courteous during his visit. I called because my drier did not have heat, and would not dry. Come to find out it was the circuit breaker. Although, he did not have to really do anything, he gave me a few tips on how to keep my drier working efficiently, and said the one I have will actually last forever as long as I maintain it. If I need them, I will call again.

The service rep obviously knew just what he was doing as he went to work on our refrigerator - which had quit working altogether. He diagnosed the problem, namely that the motor and compressor were just not working and burned out the relay plus a new one he tried. His recommendation was to replace our 12 year old unit rather than spend several hundred dollars to fix it.

They were quick to respond to my service request, arrived when they said they would & completed the job. I would definitely recommend.
