I started a dialogue with Phil about a pool renovation. After contact i was asked to send specs. for the pool. I did so immediately. Phil ad to leave town for a few days. Several days later I was asked to send pictures of the pool. I immediately did so. He stated a ball park price and I asked him to have someone come with a contract, look at the pool so we were on the same page and write up a contract after we both agreed on work and price. He said he would do so. Since then I have heard nothing and repeated contact try both on the phone and email have gone unanswered. If the company is no longer is interested he should just say SORRY WE ARE NOT INTERESTED.
