Robert provided with 3-D design for all the closet with quote. Installers arrived on time on scheduled installation date. Installers was very professional and cleaned up the area after installation. The closets turned out BEAUTIFUL!!! I would recommend Premier Closets to friends and family.

Robert did an excellent job at presenting my options with prices and helping me decide how to best maximize the space. The workers that came out to install the pieces were very courteous and professional.

the provider came in & we discused what I wanted he then took all the measurments needed. Within a few days the installer came back with all the materials, installed my new Hanging racks & Shevling in a very reasonable amount of time cleaned up and I had a new closet.

I worked with Robert to get the closets planned with the most storage possible. His drawings were very helpful in deciding what would work for me. The installation was quick, well done and the cost was reasonable. I paid $1,375.00 upfront and another $1,375.00 when the installation was finished. I was very pleased with how everything was completed and would not hesitate to hire Premiere again if I needed anything else done.

I sent a request for an in-home consultation for a large, custom closet and Robert responded IMMEDIATELY. From that moment and through final installation, Premiere Closets provided a level of customer service I haven't seen in many, many years. Since this was my first home project in the area, I received a few quotes to gauge local services and costs. Robert's cost estimate was reasonable and competitive, but what set him far above the competition was his responsiveness and professionalism. He instantly grasped what I wanted, provided me with some options, and in no time emailed professional 3-D drawings to ensure the design met expectations. Since I requested custom doors and hardware, I was afraid of a long lead time that would interfere with my travel schedule. Amazingly, Robert expedited the order to have it installed within a couple of weeks! Jason and Davis were the installers and could not have been more accommodating or professional. They were both so nice, punctual, knowledgeable about their craft, mindful of my neighbors, and made sure the cat didn't get out while they worked and delivered all the materials! Robert followed up by phone and email every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the service, and he made the necessary adjustments to the custom drawers in record time. I cannot say enough about my experience with Premiere Closets. Without hesitation, I would recommend them to friends and family and tell them not waste time speaking with anyone else. No one can match Premiere's customer service, cost, quality, and workmanship.

Robert has been amazing from start to finish. He has been easy to work with even with me making last minute changes, and lots of questions. I don't know why I didn't do this earlier. My closets were a cluttered mess, and now I actually have empty drawers and extra hanging space. It's soothing to me to walk in my closet now and everything makes sense and is in order. I am having Robert come back out to install more storage for me in my laundry room and shelving in my entryway closet. With this extra storage I'll have a place for suitcases and holiday decorations. I just can't recommend Robert highly enough. He is good at what he does.

I called Premiere Closets after an entire section of my bedroom closet system collapsed. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Premiere. Fortunately, Robert was able to come to my home the same day I called him. We scheduled the installation for the next day. He gave me a fair price for the work & materials and even saved me $500 by reusing the drawers from my old system. He even repaired one of the drawers which had broken. The installers were very professional, efficient and pleasant. The new closet system - including drawers, shelves and clothes racks - looks great. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

We received several quotes and Premier was in the middle and very reasonable. They were on time for both the quote and the start of the work. We had very difficult scheduling constraints that they were able to work around and were very flexible. The install went as planned with very little disruption leaving the area as clean as before they started. I felt the quality of work was excellent and the value for cost was extremely high. We have been extremely satisfied with their work and our new closet! It was amazing how much extra room this type of service provides. Their design worked very well for our situation. It was obvious that they have a lot of experience doing this type of work. I highly recommend Premier Closets and will use them again.

I found the reviews for Premier closet on Angies list and called for an estimate. Robert came out and measured and we discussed what I wanted. I had removed a shower from my pool bathroom that was never used and wanted a build in linen closet. He helped me pick the colors and design. I also had an old wire shelf pantry in my kitchen that was falling apart. Robert designed the new pantry with doors that closely matched my kitchen cabinets. He came out a second time to re measure and have me sign the contract. They showed up on time on the appointed date and did an unbelievable job! Better than I expected. I LOVE my kitchen pantry..the shelves are adjustable and the doors are beautiful. The closet in the bathroom is also beautiful and well done. The craftsmanship was excellent and I would definitely use him again. I am already thinking of putting storage in my garage.

My new built in office is exceptional! Robert did a phenomenal job! The cabinets are beautiful and I absolutely love the desk counter. From the beginning, I was included on all of the options and details. My office is beautiful and fully functional. I definitely chose the right company!

I keep walking into my closet and LOVING it. I stand there and look around and sigh, and just LOVE it. Can you tell that I LOVE it? OK onto business. Mr. Morse was very good to work with. He came out and took measurements, and spent time discussing my closet needs with me. We went back and forth via email several times making changes. I am pretty picky, and he was great about taking my suggested changes and reworking the drawing. His design drawings were pretty good and helped visualize the final product. There was a long gap in time before install because I had to have a new tankless water heater installed in the closet first, but once I got back to Mr. Morse he came back out, looked at the closet again, redid the drawings due to the new tankless heater, got me my price quote, and we were good to go. He sent out a helper to take down my old closet shelving. I would say that his helper was very nice and did a good job moving all the shelving for me, but his spackling of the holes was not very good. Mr. Morse immediately noted that on the install date, and was wonderful about fixing those as best as possible. Once all the clothes were put into the closet you really can't see any of them anyway. I would say if you are an absolute perfectionist just make sure the hole filling is to your satisfaction. Anyway, they spent pretty much an entire day putting in the new closet, and accommodating for an uneven floor. They really took their time and the finished product is just wonderful . Did I tell you how much I LOVE my closet?

Excellent! Robert came soon after I contacted him to do the estimate. He listened to my concerns and made alterations as I suggested. Luckily, he was able to squeeze me in. I still had clothes in boxes and bags and wanted the closet completed as soon as possible. His worker came on time and got right to work. He was professional, pleasant and did a wonderful job. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave any mess, even though he went back and forth with shelving in the pouring rain. Robert beat estimates from Southern Closets, California Closets, and Closet Factory. Will definitely use him again.

From start to finish, Robert was professional, courteous and accommodating. I had another company come out for a design mock-up and estimate, and with a few tweaks to Robert's original layout, he was still half the cost of the other company for similar materials and installation. Our installation occurred on the date promised, and all went smoothly. Because our closet had been carved out of a one-time bedroom, there were windows, outlets, and access panels that needed to be worked around. He and his staff did a top-notch job, and the closet looks great. They cleaned up their work areas, and made sure I was happy with the job before they left. We are extremely happy, and definitely call upon Robert again.

He does a really good job. He is the kind of person that if he sat down at your dinner table you would enjoy his company. He is clean punctual, and business like. His work is flawless. He was careful to center the knobs where t hey were meant to be.

Owner came for the estimate. He was punctual, explained the system and showed samples of all materials as well as pictures of system options depending on our price point. Installation was done in less than a week after selecting Premiere and he had the best price. The owner also did the entire installation along with an assistant. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. He did everything he said he would, and offered to make any changes I thought necessary. He has also made a follow up call to make sure that I am happy. I will definitely use Premiere, again, if we do other closets or the garage. I highly recommend Premiere Closets.

We called Robert to come out, he was prompt and professional. We were impressed with him personally and his product and pricing in comparison to others. We went back and re-worked some of the design he made. He came out with two helpers and installed the closets in about 4 - 5 hours. I noticed a bit of an issue with the install which Robert saw as well and he refused payment until he was able to come rectify the problem. He came out fixed the issue in about 30 minutes working with our schedule. The closets themselves are sturdy and appear to be durable. They are also very adjustable and fit our needs perfectly. We are very pleased with the increased storage space and feel it was well worth the money.

Robert was very easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable in his work. Install was done during the holidays and were done in a day. Quality product used. Very happy.

Robert was great. He arrived on time at every meeting and was very helpful in working out different layouts and ideas. His prices were way better than his competitors and he was wonderful to work with. On the day of installation his crew showed up on time and worked quickly. They were very polite and made little disruption as I worked from home. When they finished they cleaned up all areas they were working in and made sure I had everything I needed and knew how it all worked. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I contacted Robert on a Monday and made an appointment with him to come and look at what we wanted to do. We told him that we were in a hurry and so he came to our condo on Thursday. He looked over the space that had been serving as our pantry and told us exactly what we could do to expand and organize the space. He showed us pictures of projects he had completed and showed us the material out of which the pantry would be made. He sent a very nice guy to our house the following Wednesday to install the pantry. The young man was neat and courteous. We love, love, love our new pantry. I can't say enough about Robert and his wonderful company.

After meeting with a few Closet Companys, we were sold on Premiere Closets. Not only on the product, but our interactions with Robert. He was a real pleasure to work with! His designing of the closets truly maximized the space of each closet. We were building a new home and had some builder delays. They were very understanding and accommodating to our schedule. Needless to say, we have been in the home 3 weeks and absolutely LOVE our closets and the Pantry is a dream with the storage available. We would definitely recommend Premiere Closets. It all went very smoothly. Robert showed up on time, measured our closets, and listened to what we wanted. That night he emailed us a 2-D and 3-D drawing of the closets. He listened to us and the changes we wanted to make, and scheduled a time to install the closets in a week. He showed up as expected and finished the job within several hours. We are very satisfied with the work. Our master bedroom closet works beautifully. He also did one of the small closets in a spare bedroom for our at-home office and my crafts. Can't tell you how much I love that closet and how happy I am that we did that. We had called 3 people for estimates. Robert's price was more reasonable, but more importantly, he was able to give us 6 feet more hanging space with his design. I think he really maximized the space and we have some angled walls in the closet that created challenges. He will tell you that the product is high quality - and it is - but his talent is his ability to create a design that utilizes all the space and overcome the obstacles. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend him. 12/4/13 I wanted to add to this recommendation. There is no comparison between Robert's work and another company in the area. We allowed another company to "make ammends for a mistake they made" and they installed a system in another closet for us. Use this guy for your closet. 1. He patches the holes after removing the wire closet systems - you still have to paint, but there are no holes left in your walls. 2. His system is a floor mounted system - the other is hanging from the wall. 3. Robert's system is completely flexible (except the top and bottom shelf. So if you have a double hang area and want to change it to long hang you can - and you can switch it back. This is unbelievably important to us. If you want any other details let me know or photos.
