Super friendly and professional business. Very knowledgable about all lock issues. And the price was very fair and reasonable. I will always use them for lock work.

initial meeting and service was great I decided to change my front lock and this came after they had re-keyed from my original home key and THEY suggesting one key instead of a key for the deadbolt and the lock agreed and on the third visit with the husband yelling at me stated I never did what occurred in my opinion is they didn't listen did not have a lever handle on their truck to immediately on site look first visit to replace my front lock and stated they needed to get it from the warehouse I had to contact them to get an update as opposed never of any professional best customer service practices contacted me fast forward to second visit installation of front lever thinking what I had agreed upon per their suggestion of one key for both top and bottom locks to be the same they stated I never agreed to that hence I had one working key to get in my home so I had paid for three additional ones that did not work I will own the fact that I had mislabeled other keys but there was another issue even with my French doors already had a deadbolt with the key the bottom lever lock never had a key they stated they couldn't make a key which is odd for a locksmith because it was a Schlage I will simply buy one and have it and install on my own doesn't take rocket science besides my husband and his financial meetings has Associates that are locksmiths and I will use them will get a better price by far what was I thinking in the first place I would never refer them because the husband was non-professional acting out speaking over me telling me I was speaking over him rather than he bite his tongue which is what a professional does whether you like what the client is saying or not I was not being disrespectful but he was raising his voice in my home nobody will ever get away with being disrespectful yelling at me in my home seriously a fail I'm the boss in my home miss rekey can get gone never ever ever trust and believe no recommendation coming from me

Miss Rekey: Re-keyed four locks for us today. Arrived on-time. Very personable and professional. First three went smoothly. Fourth lock was never installed properly. They stayed with it and corrected the original installer's mistakes. Works great now! Super folks, super job!!

I was very happy with the service. They really focused on the work and cared. They also fixed a seal on my door so it would close better and lock better.

Great couple who were on time, professional and knowledgeable. Changed front and rear door locks to work with same key. Also, were happy to help me adjust a deadbolt on my rear door that was installed improperly. They did not charge me for this repair and calmed my worry of being unsafe. Four extra keys came with special deal they were offering. I would definitely use them again.
