Sliding Door Installation
I had to wait a long time for install. Customer service is poor. I had no idea what the final product would look like until it was installed.

"Dear Joel, I am puzzled by your review considering both yourself and your wife had made multiple comments as to how beautiful the new door looks. You had waited exactly 8 weeks as specified in your contract.and the completion paperwork signed by you had no mention of any issues. Surely you didn't expect us to show you a real sliding glass door at the time of purchase. You did receive the catalog and our website has a lot of pics as well, many doors. Job was installed 2 weeks ago, what type of poor service are you referring to? We at Gulfside take every review as a learning experience in order to improve. Thank You for your business."

Great experience from the start. Megan was the sales representative and she worked for us to get the the best deal while answering our questions in-depth. The process of permitting, advising us the windows and doors were built to setting the install date. Exactly what they said would happen, perfect. Both door and window installer teams were great; efficient and clean. Follow up by Jeff Roman was icing on the cake. He fixed a few small items and assured we were happy. Impact doors and windows are expensive but GulfSide makes it a professional partnership. What a wonderful difference it has made to our home.
