I had some new sink and fixtures put in the kitchen. They are coming out to install a part on my water heater. They are very good. They were very friendly. They came out the very same day that I called. There more then ready to help you on the phone. They also do the plumbing for the office I work for. They treat everybody very well. Their name means exactly what it is.

It was okay, though not being a plumber, I have to trust their advice. The plumber was a young eastern European guy that spoken broken English. The first time he was here. We had others from this company in the past.

He came one week, and I had bought the wrong size toilet, it didn't fit. He told me he could get the correct one for me (it's an odd size) and also told me what specifications I needed, if I wanted to get it myself. I decided to get it myself so I could see it before I had it installed. He didn't charge me for the call. A week later he came and installed the new toilet I had obtained. He came on time, was courteous, quick and did a great job cleaning up after himself.

They are super honest. They come in with a book showing how much each job will cost and how long the job should take. They stick to prices and don't ever try and push anything else on you. Their priority is the customer not their own bottom line.

I was very happy with the work. The price was in the $1,000s, but the work was quite extensive. They were very punctual and let me know ahead of time before they did anything. They were very tidy and didn't leave a mess. They were able to come out in an emergency.

Second visit was 6 months later. The faucet is leaking, they send a technician and a sales men again. Same routine, the tour and all. My father refuses all additional repairs. This time the tech asked to use the bathroom before leaving the no charge warranty repair. A couple of hours later, my now 82-year-old dad goes into the bathroom to find the faucet no longer works in there. Strange it worked fine the day before. He looks at it, and takes the easily removable parts apart, reassembles it and it now works fine. Coincidence? I don t think so. Never again will we call Friends Plumbing. Nor should anyone else. I am a 47-year-old mechanical contractor and I am saddened by this kind of behavior.

"OUR TECHNICIAN WAS AT THE MEMBER'S 82 YEAR OLD FATHERS HOME ON AUGUST 9, 2006 AND REPLACED A NEW KITCHEN FAUCET. WE HAVE NEVER AGAIN BEEN BACK TO THIS HOME. NOW ON FEBRUARY 26, 2008.....YES, ONE AND A HALF YEARS LATER...WE GET THIS REPORT. WE DON'T NOT BELIEVE THERE IS ANY MERIT TO THIS REPORT. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO EVEN RESPOND TO A SITUATION THAT IS SO VERY OLD. WHEN WE EMAILED THE MEMBER TO QUESTION WHY HE WAITED SO LONG TO ADVISE US OF HIS COMPLAINT, HE SAID THAT HIS DAD JUST TOLD HIM...AGAIN 1 1/2 YEARS LATER. SOMETHING DOES NOT ADD UP RIGHT HERE. AGAIN, WE WERE CALLED OUR TO REPLACE AND KITCHEN FAUCET AND THAT WAS WHAT WE DID. AS A COURTESY WE DO ASK TO INSPECT ALL PLUMBING NEEDS SO IF YOU HAVE OTHER CONCERNS WE CAN SAVE YOU A TRIP CHARGE FEE, BUT CERTAINLY YOU ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO DECLINE THIS WITH NO PRESSURE ON OUR END. AFTER ALL THIS, I AM STILL NOT SURE WHAT WE DID WRONG. WE INSTALLED A KITCHEN FAUCET AND NO ONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FAUCET OR THE PRICE, SO WHAT IS THE POINT?"

When George and Tom removed the old heater they were both wearing coverings on their shoes and made every effort to make sure no more water leaked or dripped as they disposed of the old heater. George walked us through every step including showing us the really screwed up drain pan and pipe. He will be back to run that drain line to the outside where it belongs!

They came out to snake our drain line, and stated that it was pretty much cleaned out, except for an issue that the city would need to take care of. 48 hours later we had another back up, called them back and asked them to come back out, they stated they would need to re charge the full amount again! I am not willing to do that. So I went else where. After the city came out to check it out they stated that it is not a city issue, it is an issue for the plumber. Whom did not check this issue out fully the first time, nor will they come out and fix it or look at it.

Friend's Plumbing is amazing, we discovered backup of sewage in our home and immediately called the plumbing company we normally use and they never showed up after 4 calls. Then we called another plumbing company and they came out and attempted to clear the sewer line, another backup of sewage in the house, now we're into the weekend, they wanted $5500 to install new sewer line, we received a referral about Friend's Plumbing, Dave, David, Scott and Cesar came out and did an amazing job and didn't quit until the job was done. They were professional, courteous, responsive, fantastic customer service and we are absolutely thrilled with the work. Now we would not use any one else for our plumbing needs.

Arrived home one day and as soon as the garage door open , I could see a river of water streaming from the water heater down the driveway. I mulled over my options knowing I had to replace the water heater. I remembered I had used Friend's Plumbing in the past and did a quick check on Angie's list to see if their rating was still good. I needed to get this done today as I have no days off scheduled in the immediate future. We know what not having hot water means. At 8'oclock in the morning, someone answered the phone, obtained information on the water heater size and dimensions, and I had a service call by 2pm. Art Rears, the service technician, was a very likable character and promptly replaced the water heater. I gained much knowledge on it's upkeep and maintenance. I appreciated his opinion of various plumbing brands as I am planning to build a new home. I saved $67.64 with service agreement. Thanks, Friend's Plumbing, for taking care of me when I needed it most.

Company arrived very promptly (actually at least 10 minutes earlier than agreed on time). As soon as the original man arrived and realized he needed help, someone else arrived within 10 minutes. They took 2 hours to complete the job and everything was done to my satisfaction, replacing the previous inferior parts with better quality equipment. Very courteous and clean as well.
