We had hit our water softener in the garage Friday night, and were without water. They came Saturday morning to fix and replace. This company is very professional and does a great job.

I called the office to get pricing on a replacement water heater. The quote included the water heater, installation, and taxes. After agreeing to the price, I set up a date/time for the installation. The person arrived earlier. After looking at the placement of the water heater, he suggested not to connect the water recovery unit, which is connected to our heat pump to heat the water during the summer months. His reasons made sense. During the installation, the person kept me informed what he was doing. The employee was very friendly and helpful. When he was done, everything was cleaned up. We were offered a lifetime of annual plumbing inspections for a one-time cost. By purchasing it, we were given a cost reduction for the water heater installation. Plus for future needs, we will receive special pricing for any plumbing needs. We had our clothes washer hoses replaced at a reduced price. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who is need of a plumber.

We like the company and feel we can rely on them to service any plumbing needs. We also signed up for their annual plumbing check up which also has given us a discount each time we have a service performed.

The plumber was on time and polite. He worked with us until we were satisfied that the problem was solved.

The plumber arrived on time and was polite. He was told that we had all the needed plumbing supplies to accomplish the job, but because he did not have all the parts, he said that if I went to Castle Supply in Tarpon, I could save some money. I purchased the parts and brought them back to him to install. I thought that was thoughtful that we could save some money. He completed the job (or so I thought) and I paid him $150 in cash for his services rendered that were not written on the Friend's Plumbing bill of $950. This cash directly to him even though he said he was saving us money made me feel uncomfortable. When my husband came to inspect the work he did not feel the jobs were completed to his satisfaction. He called Friend's and they sent out another plumber who took two more hours to finish the job right. We have used Friend's for years and were happy with the service. We will not use this ''plumber'' again. We did not tell Friend's about the plumber who asked for cash.

I SIGNED A CONTRACT ON JUNE 16TH OF THIS YEAR TO DO THE NEW PLUMBING INSTALLATION WORK ON A NEW HOUSE, THEY CONTACTED ME ON THE 15TH OF AUGUST AND STATED THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO HONOR THE CONTRACT. REASON GIVEN, THEY LOST ONE EMPLOYEE AND COULDN'T DO THE JOB I. ALREADY HAD FOOTERS POURED AND WAS READY TO START THEIR END OF THE PROJECT. THEY TOLD ME AT THE LAST MINUTE THEY COULDN'T DO IT. THE BUISNIESS STATED THEY WOULD ONLY DO IT IF I HELD THEIR FEET TO THE FIRE AND IT WOULD THAN BE DONE AT THEIR PACE AND SCHEDULE AND NOT WHEN IT WAS AGREED TO BE DONE. THIS CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO GO OUT AND REHIRE A NEW COMPANY TO DO THE JOB. THEY HAVE COMPLETED THE INITIAL JOB. I FEEL THAT THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMLY UNPROFESIONAL.

I thought the toilet was leaking, but it ended up being the hose. He did an excellent job. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Gave me a price over the phone, before they came to the house. Other companies would charge me $49, just to come to the house. They stuck to their price and then offered me a deal, where if I signed up, I would get 10% off the days work and future work and inspections. Signing that contract saved me money on the water heater, and they found more things that needed work, that I was able to save money on as well. They were very polite.

A woman from their offer called me back and walked me through a few steps over the phone to see if we could resolve the problem on our own. She informed us that there was a button on the bottom of the garbage disposal that was a reset switch, and suggested we try that first. We pushed the button and it worked! That saved us from having to pay for a service call and for a repair. They were able to resolve the problem for us at no cost.

They were prompt, courteous, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

I have felt for the last 2 times I have had their service that they will just add things or say that something can't be changed because they want to increase the bill. After this time, I am sure of it. I called another plumber on your list and they came right out the next day, put in a new washer, and adjusted the handles and it works like a charm...all for $189. I am not saying what work Friend's does is not fine; but to refuse service in order to make the service more complicated and therefore more expensive is underhanded in my book. I won't ever use them again.

Husband had removed most of the root that had wrapped around the sewer line, but they had to finish it and cut into some concrete from below a planter to finish the work. (Senior discount)

They had all the underground cable companies come out and mark the cables and also pull the permit from the city. The work did fail the first inspection because we are in a flood zone, and a back flow preventor had to be installed, but they quickly corrected it and the inspection was passed.

The people on the phone were polite and knowledgeable. We were able to get service in 1-2 days. Our plumber, Noah, was on time, polite and performed the installation and removal perfectly. We also signed up for the maintenance program which was performed immediately and also gained us a discount on two of the toilets.

Snaking solved the problem. Plumber was on time and did a good job.

The plumber was on time and was honest enough to assure me that my problem was not as big as I thought it was. He replaced a couple of parts in the toilet, and it was fixed. I was so impressed with his honesty that I purchased the life-time warranty, so they can come by once a year and inspect my home for and type of plumbing problems.

Excellent. I got the estimate, and it was honored even though the job was more difficult than first thought. Mike, the plumber, was very courteous.

Joe was courteous and efficient. The work was performed carefully and with attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. He offered an annual service contract for a small amount which I accepted. They will come in once a year, change all the commode flappers and sink aerators and inspect all plumbing for leaks or other problems. Since I have all wood floors, I am always concerned about water problems, so I look at this as a great service to keep ahead of trouble.

I AM VERY SATISFIED, AND I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN. THE PRICE WAS FAIR, CONSIDERING THE WORK THE MAN DID.

Punctual, neat, clean, polite, well qualified, effective, efficient and brought own company carpets to stand on while they worked on our clean floors.

THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL. THEY WERE PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, DIDN'T SEEM RUSHED, AND THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT THEY HAD DONE AND IT SEEMS LIKE THEY REALLY CARE THAT YOU FEEL THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE GREAT AND I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY, PERFORMED THE JOB AND WERE GONE WITHIN 2 HOURS.

THE COMPANY CAME WITHIN 30 MINUTES AFTER 10 P.M. AT NIGHT. OUR KITCHEN WAS NEW AND THERE COULD HAVE BEEN A LOT OF DAMAGE. IT TOOK APPROXIMATELY 35 MINUTES TO REPAIR THE LEAK AND FIX THE PROBLEM
