Excellent great job! The sealant we paid extra for but it was only $40 and well worth it.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and the service was good. They were friendly and efficient.

They were ok. It took them a long time to get it clean and it wasn't that much space to clean.

He was good. It looked good at the time when he did it, but it was almost like the same problems came back and I think we just need to get something in there, because it's more like a mold issue. But he managed to cover up. He came back and told us that we need to have something done in our bathroom that is going to prevent that. He was very nice and very efficient. He came pretty quick and did it. I thought the price was a lot for what he did.

Bill and assistant did a great job.  They sprayed the floor first then used a brush on he grout and then the machine on the floor.  After the floor dried, it looked great.  I had 10 puppies in my kitchen for 8 weeks and you would never know.

I expected someone who does tile cleaning and restoration to be able to achieve better results.  He simply used a steam cleaner, which I could have done.  It did not clean the travertine.
He was very timely and very nice.

The service provided exceeded my expectation. Initially there was an equipment issue so the owner had to return. All work was performed as indicated and to our satisfaction.

Tile Renovations arrived at the stated time. They surveyed the area to be cleaned. I had an Angie's List Coupon to clean 300 sq. ft but had much more area than that to be cleaned. The additional was reasonably priced. The men worked hard and added straight acid on grout areas that were  severely stained or dirty. I had not had this done for many years and I am sure when it was done, it was not done using an acid mixture (done by Stanley Steemer)  to get through years of dragged in dirt that settled into the grout.. After letting the grout dry  looking at it this afternoon it looks like new. Wonderful job and very pleased!!

Extremely thorough, used several concentrations to clean the grout, and the tile, possibly as old as the townhouse (built 1975), never looked better.  A week after the cleaning Tile Renovations applied a color sealant to the grout, which was the perfect restoration solution.  I have since recommended Tile Renovations to friends and family and will definitely use them whenever a thorough cleaning is needed.

Did a fantastic job, particularly in the bathroom I, the homeowner, use daily.  Had equipment that needed electrical connection.  The provider made sure the flooring throughout the house was covered to avoid water and/or footprints.  Also went the extra mile with the grout in my bathroom....had a product applied by hand that really helped the overall look of the floor.  The owner/operator was very friendly while maintaining a professional approach.  He also liked my dog....that's a big plus when having providers in my home.

Bill promptly replied to my call for an estimate, provided estimate and was on the job pronto. The end result was magnificent.. Grout went from filthy to "like-new" at a very reasonable cost. Bill was polite,  professional and definitely delivered. If you are thinking about re-grouting, stop,  and definitely try this steam clean approach first. Results were amazing.

The grout probably wasn't cleaned since the house was built, around 9 years.  He did amazing work--I didn't expect it all to come out, and it didn't; but he removed much of the very tough, deep stains.

It went great.  For an added cost of $40, I had the grout sealed.

The grouts between tiles were very dark. now they are visibly much lighter. The grouts are now close to white. Whereas before they were closer to light black. This is the first time I used this service, and it was good.

The service provider didn't feel that he would be able to improve the condition of our shower floor tile/grout to our satisfaction based on it's appearance. He suggested that we get in touch with a company that specializes in grout removal and replacement.

He was on time, did a wonderful job, cleaned up any mess and was very pleasant.  I have recommended him to others and they were happy also.

The owner came to our home promptly.  he called first.  He had informed me by phone of any additional price for cleaning products and additional services available such as long term restoration.  His prices were fair and explanations clear.  He worked diligently without a break.  The kitchen looked so great that we requested additional services which he was able to accommodate in his schedule.  We were very pleased with the entire process.  We have already recommended him to several people and feel confident that anyone would be pleased with his service.  We will definitely use him again.

This was the 2nd or 3rd time using this company and I feel like I practically have a new floor when he is done! My only complaint is the price, even though it is comparable to most other companies. The time is next to nothing...maybe just over an hour, so it comes to over $100/hour! I would just use the services more often if the price was better.

Owner told me that it wasn't necessary for my tile floors to be cleaned because they were already cleaned and looked almost like new.  I appreciated his honesty.

I plan to use his services again and have referred him to friends who need similar services.    He arrived in a timely manner and worked diligently and left work areas clean.   We are more than pleased with the results, especially how he improved our master shower.     His fees were seemingly too low for the service we felt we had received.

The chemical he used got all over the bottom of our stainless kitchen appliances and burned the finish. He came back after we complained and tried to polish the stains out but not all of it came out. Afterwards, you could see that the appliances were scrubbed in certain areas.
