The Conkel Enterprises team exceeded my expectations of workmanship, cost value, and genuine customer care. Bob's straight talking and non-sell-up recommendations on design, materials, and resolution of unexpected issues were paramount to this being our best experience in two years of home renovation projects. Ms. Paula kept me up-to-date on every aspect of the project schedule. Nico's craftsmanship and attention to detail easily surpassed what I had envisioned and are evident in the numerous compliments I get from neighbors. I will definitely be calling on this professional team for another project very soon.

Window sizes were double checked prior to ordering,and the installation went smoothly. It took 2 days, and the project was uneventful and successful. They also upgraded the window trim with Hardiboard. They were easy to work with, reasonably priced and professional. We would certainly hire again!

Robert and Nico were there early and finished early and I haven't seen that from many contractors. The work done was exceptional and looks great. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I was hesitant doing such a big job with a small company, he never let us down,,,,ever, deliveried a beautiful product, was super kind, and just great converse with, attention to detail was on point.

We can not praise Conkel Ent. enough! They did an exceptional job on a much needed to be done project on our home. We were in need of having our soffits, fascia, gables, and gutters to all be replaced. They came out very quickly to bid our job and were able to begin our project the following week. Bob and Nico were extremely professional; they came on time each day and they were precise on all their work. The communication we got from Paula was wonderful too; she was quick with responses to any questions I had and kept me up to date on our timeline! Just so very happy with how our project turned out!! Fantastic experience -- a family business. Paula kept me informed every step of the way -- promptly contacting me to let me know when to expect the work to start, when the building material was being delivered, and quickly getting back to me with answers to any and all of my questions. During discussions with Robert while the work was underway it was very apparent that they take great pride in providing quality workmanship, and that was confirmed by the excellent quality of the completed project.

Bob and Paula Conkel are wonderful to work with. Bob is one of those rare contractors that is also a craftsman. He sincerely cares about the quality of his work, both technically and aesthetically. His pricing is competitive as well. If you’re looking for a contractor that will treat your project as if it was his own, Conkel Enterprises should be your first choice.

Overall the job went very well and we are quite happy with the quality of the product and it's installation. The owner was part of the crew and onsite for the complete install. To be honest after watching his guys work, they would do a very good job without needing his supervision. We got an estimate back in February when we still had other work be done on the home. We decided to wait until after painting the exterior to get the soffits redone. Since we had repaired all the cedar fascia when we recently replaced the roof, we decided to go with soffit installation only. They recommended an upgraded quality material, but that did not keep their pricing from being very competitive with other bids received that I know included lesser quality products. They provided us with 5 good size color samples so we could work out the color scheme to go with the exterior painting. We choose a linen color that closely matched the light trim color and contrasted well with the darker exterior body color. Once we had the painting scheduled we got in the scheduling line for the soffit work. They are scheduling 5 weeks or so out. They provided notice when they were coming, showed up ready to work. The original estimate was 4 days, but the team really hustled because they were fighting rain storms daily and trying to stay on their overall schedule or even get caught up. They finished in two long days and delivered quality results. We are highly satisfied and recommend them highly

This is the second time that we have used Conkel Enterprises for out home projects. They provide options for all budgets, competitive pricing and quality work. We have several other projects planned for our house and will definitely be working with them again.

Working with this company was easy and very pleasant. I quickly gained confidence that they would perform the work to a very high standard. Once we were ready, we hired them to replace the siding. As expected, the work was done with extremely high quality. My neighbors commented on their attention to the finer details that sometimes get missed on jobs like this.

Robert Conkel and crew were the best contractors I have ever hired. I am renovating my home and hired other contractors but no one came close to being as effiecent as Conkel enterprises. Best workers ever and I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the work. The cost estimate was very reasonable, and then Bob stuck to that cost despite the typical surprises that come with renovations. They clearly strive for high quality work, and the quality of the end results are proof of their efforts. We definitely recommend Bob and his crew.

The work was fantastic and I would recommend him again.

Mrs. Conkel gave me the estimate and we started work a few months later as I wanted to wait for the cool and low humidity weather. The job was started on the day it was promised and they came back after the county inspection to put the siding on. I talked to the owner on the first day of work and felt very comfortable with his explanations. Comminication via email was responsive. Get the receipt for the work as well as the material for warranty purposes.

Mrs. Conkel came out to do an estimate.  I didn't have to be there for the estimate or while they were completing the job, which was nice.  She sent me an estimate right away and she showed me pictures online of what it would look like once completed.  I decided to go with Conkel Enterprises after having 2 estimates.  They gave me a window of 3 days to complete, however they were able to have their whole team available and completed it in 1 day.  Mr. and Mrs. Conkel were very responsive to emails and answered all of my questions.  I am amazed out how great it looks!

I could not be happier with the work done by Robert Conkel and his crew. They are professional, prompt, friendly, and highly skilled.  From the handling the estimates by Paula Conkel all the way though to completion of the job they were outstanding.  The vinyl siding and fascia look beautiful and really upgrade the appearance of the house and reduce the maintenance.

If you are considering hiring Conkel Enterprise I cannot say how much I encourage you to hire them. Their work is top quality and their level of detail is as if they were working on their own home. 

When I need more work done in the future it will be with this crew. I would not hire anyone else.
