I used them but I was not there at that time so it’s hard for me to evaluate their job and my realtor is the one who took care of that except that I haven't found any termites.  They didn’t find any termites and after living in the house after couple of years I haven't find any either.  I wouldn’t give them a plus or negative because I didn’t really work with them directly.

They are very good. I have a contract with them. I can call them anytime if I have a problem and they will come out. I like their service and the personnel. They are very helpful and very courteous. They wear things on their feet so that they don’t track in anything. The only thing I don’t like is their price. It is more than I want to pay. I would continue to use them in the future.

They come every three months. We pay about $400 a year. We haven’t compared the price to others but we think it is pretty good for the work that they do. We would continue to use them in the future.

I have been happy with them. They do pretty good work. Every year it seems like there is a slight price increase though. But if I ever have any type of problem, I can call them and they can usually get out there the same day or the next day.

I haven’t used any other pest control and so I cannot really compare them to the others.  My experience with them personally has been good.  I think they may be a little pricey from what I’ve heard from other people but I’m not sure about that.  I can’t say for sure because I haven’t had anybody else out there.  I pay them $95 a quarter for the general pest control and it’s about $200 renewal a year for termites.  I think that they are friendly and professional.  They came right out and inspected when I told them that I saw some evidence of termites, and then they treated right away for it.  So I’m happy with that.  I will use their services again in the future.

It is fine. If I find any bugs in between they will come out immediately. I haven’t had any problem with them at all. They do an excellent job. I get a call and they will be out that day or the next day. If they say they are going to be here, they will be.

The tech that comes out to my house is very knowledgeable. In working in conjunction with my landscaper they helped bring my lawn back from a very sad state. We were using someone else. Truly Nolen fertilizer and pest control has brought it back nicely.

They do a thorough job on their quarterly visit. They are quick to respond. They have a service tech come out if there is ever a problem in-between visits. Their office people are friendly. They give me a discount for prepaying them on a yearly contract
