The quality of their workmanship was excellent and they went above and beyond in doing an additional item at no charge, which is amazing in this day and time. If they were running behind from a previous job, they called and let us know.

They arrived on time and stayed late to get the job done, when they were running late they called. The track lighting they installed in kitchen was tricky and they did a great job. They replaced my rotted out cedar planks and replaced and painted.

They very clearly take pride in their work - a rare trait these days. We walked the house and went over all the things that I needed done.  Within 5-10 minutes I had a labor estimate.  They then went to get the materials needed to complete the work and were back within the hour ready to get to work.  I wish I had found them sooner, but now that I have I won't be calling anybody else.

L&D was prompt and accomplished all the work that I originally wanted done and then offered to help with other jobs around my home but did not add any extra dollars to my bill.  They also offered advice on how to get some jobs done while saving money.  It was my first pleasant experience with contractors.  L&D has made me want to get other jobs done sooner that I had planned on waiting on because their service, quality, and the all important price were very good!

L and D is a very skilled Husband and Wife team.  they assessed the jobs, offered options -- first meeting was the free quote.  Next day they arrived timely and started in on the jobs.  they were always professional, considerate, and very kind with my Old Engilsh Sheepdog..both were very comfortable with her.  I wish I knew of them sooner...as I had already had cabinets installed, it was very challenging for them to determine best way to install crown and sliders as both were Not standard.  but thanks to their years of experience and fine skills they were able to work with what I had!  Day 2 proved to be long but they both remained very pleasant as they worked very dilengently and proficiently, and again it was no problen for me to allow my sheepdog to roam .  They cleaned everything up, moved all furniture back, provided some tips and trips on a few other home projects I am working on.  I HIGHLY recommend them!

Overall it went very smoothly, no glitches. Apparently L & D are a family run company and they understand the needs of others. Not only did they advise me as to what needed to be done. During portions of the work, they actually walked us through every step making us very comfortable.  I would most definitely use L & D Renovations in the future.

I'll keep it short and simple.  They were outstanding.  I'll be using them for all my future handyman and renovation needs.

I brought them in for handyman services and like them so much that I started talking with them about a renovation job in the kitchen to install a new double oven.

Use them and you won't be disappointed.
