Purchased a power LOVESeat in a beautiful leather... I became unable to use a manual recliner so decided on this lovely replacement. I have yet to be able to sit comfortable on the LOVESeat. Terrible construction, they have a lifetime guarantee, yet I have been waiting months, MONTHS, to have repair work done. They have excuses galore, missing pictures, sku number, etc. They offered to replace it for a second time, first one was replaced after I refused to have repair work on a day old purchase. The second one was almost as bad as the first, but because of a scratch by our cat, we have had to go with the repair. There is no date in site for the re-placement part to arrive from China. Totally dissatisfied with purchase and customer service's inability to have repairs made in a timely fashion. So the couch I bought in January is still not usable in May. I sit on a cushion that helps, but i noticed my back is acting up so I try not to sit on it at all. Never again would I purchase anything from Kane's with their Lifetime, actually seven year, guarantee. I just hope I can get it repaired before the seven years runs out. Buyer beware!! I have given a C for professionalism only because an F would be unfair to the office personal who have tried to help. Also, the price was fine until I realized how terrible the construction.
Jan 9, 2014, serviceman out again to attempt repair on broken down, sagging loves seat. Unable to fix, company unwilling to stand behind product. We will have to rake them to court. Horrible experience from beginning to end. Do not buy from Kane's, terrible customer service and products.

"It is our understanding that store management has spoken with (member name removed) in the past regarding the concerns he has with his loveseat. Kane’s did send a service technician out to make repairs and order parts if needed. The store has advised that the technician who inspected his loveseat around January 15th reported that he adjusted the seat based on customer’s complaint that it had shifted. Otherwise, he found no defects in the loveseat. The technician also confirmed that there is , in fact, significant animal damage to the loveseat. Given the damage to the loveseat not covered under warranty and the fact that there are no manufacturer defects, Kane’s will not honor a return of the loveseat for a refund or store credit. The warranty terms are clear and the issues he is having are not covered under the warranty. We will continue to service his furniture should a need for a future inspection/repair be needed within the terms of the warranty."
