The folks at Window World were very nice. They came out and measured everything and were punctual -- but they never gave us an estimate. The estimator's lack of follow-through  is why I graded them a D.

They had to remove the 8 old crankout windows and replace them with 8 new double pane insulated windows. What a difference in the temperature of the room. Wonderful!!. The three young men were prompt and got right to work. First they had to remove the old windows that unfortunately were GLUED into place. It might not have been such a problem but the temp outside was in the 50's!! They had to use a hair dryer to loosen the glue. Once that was done they quickly installed 8 new windows. They are beautiful, The men were very nice and hard workers. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but they were very pleasant. I would definitely use Window World of Ocala again if the need arose.

I forgot to mention Steve. He was the salesman who came first, showed us the windows. He was very informative and knowledgeable about which windows would work best in our front room. He answered all our questions and we felt confident that we were in good hands with Window World of Ocala.

The quality of the windows is excellent - we have Anderson windows in our newly constructed sheds, and these Window World windows are thicker, and better overall quality. I love the way they tip out for cleaning, and they feel so heavy and substantial.
The salesman was professional, the windows arrived when promised (about 6 weeks from date of order), and they were installed professionally. The only reason I gave them a B on some points is that two of the windows did not fit, and have been reordered. But thank goodness the installation team was knowledgeable about this possibility, so they measured carefully BEFORE ripping out the old windows, so they knew which would and would not fit.
What I really love is that they are and quot;one stopand quot; shop - they manufacture the window, remove and discard the old windows, and install the new windows - all for one price.

We were really pleased with the windows and the installation. We bought the double pain windows. They needed to be ordered and arrived within the time framed scheduled. Greg, the "salesman" was nice and friendly. Harvey was the installer and he did a great job.

We met with the sales representative on May 5th, 2013 to discuss replacing three old jalousie windows. We decided to go with the low-E double hung windows and gave a deposit of 1/2 the total amount. The salesman said it would take several weeks before installation because they custom build each window. Fast forward to June 28, since I had not heard from Window World, I called to check on the status of the windows and they told me the windows were completed and ready to schedule installation. I asked for installation on July 3rd and they set the appointment. The installers arrived promptly at 9am, the scheduled time and completed the installation quickly and without making any mess. I was impressed with the skills of the installers and the final product. I have attached two pictures of the completed windows. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality windows installed at a reasonable price.

I called for an in-home estimate. Greg returned call, set appointment, came, measured, and provided estimate. I changed my criteria and called Greg. He returned, listened and revised estimate. I ordered and was told that lead time was six weeks. So far, so good. In 4 weeks, WW called and said the windows were in. We set an installment date. Two technicians came. They worked all day, closed up the space sufficiently and returned to finish the next day.
After installation they hauled away the refuse, swept the lanai and driveway.
They were prompt, courteous and professional.

They did a very good job. They were the most cost effective of the people we got bids from. It was a good product. The installers were very, very efficient and did a good job. We were totally satisfied with the work. We would give them a 9 1/2 out of 10. It is too early to tell about the quality. We live on a main road and it has cut out a lot of the road noise. They replaced the windows in one day. It was around 12 windows. They said they would show up at 9 am and they were here. They were very professional. I even gave one of them an old TV I had. They were pretty close to perfect. We have recommended them several times.

They quoted me $6700 but I didn't use them. My experience was fine. They were very helpful. They gave me a quote in a timely manner. I had a question and they got back to me and answered it.
