I had a bad experience with this company actually. Not responsive. They tried to get a quote. They set up a time to show up and never showed up. I waited for quite some time. Tried to chase them and then like after a few times I tried to get a hold of them they said "we're not going to service your area." Then I got really frustrated and said "why'd you let me wait for so long and come to the property a few times while you're not showing up." I needed a quote. I needed to replace a roof. They didn't give me a quote.

Work was done in a very professional manner. The job was completed on schedule with no issues and looks great. I was very impressed with the fact that they did not leave trash on site from one day to the next. Many I've seen park a dumpster in the drive until they are finished. Scott's took all trash off site each day. I strongly recommend Scotts

Steve was on time, absolutely professional, explained how that 'spot' was on the ceiling and how to remove it. The "leak" was an old 'stain' on the ceiling... and we needed no repairs to this roof. We asked that they check the roof yearly to ensure it remains in excellent condition.. *** Found out all good things about our home. They did the original roof in 2000... and again in 2008 as the owners had to replace all the duct work so they removed the roof to do that job. Facts a new homeowner should know!

Excellently! The roof is repaired, and the proof came during Hurricane Irma. None of the driving rain ended up in the house. Yippee!

I emailed him and he promptly responded that he couldn't do the job at this time. No problem. I give Fs for non-responses (no excuse for that) so I give him an A for at least responding. And given the right circumstances, I would try them again.

I contacted 5 roofing companies, Scott Smith Roofing was one of two that actually called us back and scheduled a quote. We decided not to have to work done yet, but when the time comes we will choose Scott Smith Roofing.

They were very professional. They were very timely. They were responsive on the phone. We have not elected to effect the repair yet, but it's no reflection on the vendor. 

The estimate was free. They were polite and they promised a written estimate within 24 hours, and provided it. I really couldn't give anything they could improve upon, they were fine. 

I would absolutely use them again for an estimate.

Great! The personnel were very good and very encouraging. I believe the problem is fixed and I am appreciative. Please note I gave them only a B on responsiveness/punctuality only because it took several days for them to address my problem. I might be unfair because one of the gentleman just had major oral surgery. At all times he kept me apprised of his progress. I would definitely hire this company again.

They did an excellent job. Inspected my temp patch to make sure it would hold ordered the shingles and did an excellent repair. You can hardly tell it was fixed they blended the shingles very well.

I contacted Scott Smith Roofing through Angie's List requesting someone to contact me about a roof repair. Two days later someone did. We set up an appointment, he came to my house and provided me with an estimate. I hired the company to perform the work. About a week later, the company repaired the leak the week of the tropical depression in the Gulf. I did not even have to be at home when they did the repair. I was very much relieved it was done before bad weather came. The salesman showed up a couple of days after the repair and inquired about any leakage. There was no leakage. I am completely satisfied.

While I havent had the work done yet, they were prompt in responding. They appear to either not have the capability or willingness to answer my questions directly through email. I do appreciate their prompt reply stating that the manager will call me, but we end up playing phone tag, as I work during normal business hours. Hence, its hard for me to respond, and I find its easier at this point in the process to get the bases covered via email. They do come recommended by my closing agent, so Im hoping we can coordinate services quickly when the time comes. Only think Id change thus far is being able to get my answers in email.
