They were very prompt. They called me a d arrived within 30 minutes. They beat all other estimates and got me in that same week. They cut down my tree and even grinder stump a d removed debris in just a few hours! Better then any I have dealt with!

Rocky was very professional and easy to work with. He completed the project in a timely and efficient manner as contracted.

If your project is on a schedule this company responds. A very polite young man called back within a couple of hours, set up the survey, made the deal with a hand shake, and two days later the crew handled all of the work. The crew arrived and got right to business, each of them knew their part and worked together very well. My project required several large trees to be removed, as well as the stumps. They came equipped, removed everything, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended and respected by me.

Positives: They showed up exactly on time at 9 AM and finished at 4 PM. Did a good job of cutting down 3 huge trees and stump grinding. Cleaned up the debris and took it away. Very pleasant family operation to work with. Negatives: Had two huge oak trees, on my neighbors property, where huge branches were encroaching on my property that was supposed to be trimmed back. However, very little trimming was accomplished that I could see. Brought it to their attention and they claimed their equipment could not properly fit in the area to reach the tree. Why was this not brought to my attention when they quoted the job? Also, why was I not offered a credit on the original price if they could not complete the job as requested? They were also supposed to trim bushes along the fencing down to the top of the fence. Did not do a very good job and I had to remind them as they were leaving that I wanted it corrected which they attempted to do but still not in accordance with my original request. Before hiring them I would ensure that what is in the quotation is comprehensively understood and will be in accordance with my exact requirement. After the job is completed make sure that anything not done as per the original agreement is revisited and accomplished the same day before the team leaves.

Family operated, excellent customer service, very nice people and did an excellent job cutting down two huge trees.

They responded promptly and the work was scheduled and completed within 4 days. They weren't the very lowest bid but their knowledge of tree work was superior to other applicants, which was more important to me, so I consider it very good value for money. My trees are now beautiful and healthy. I plan to use Rocky's again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great service

I just moved here from S. Florida and needed some 80+ foot trees in my yard removed. Got 2 estimates and was totally unimpressed with the first guy. Next up was Rocky and I gotta say its one of the best experiences I've had when having work done at my house. He was knowledgeable, courteous,and on time. He explained everything and said job will be completed the next day. They showed up on time the next day with a fantastic crew and took care of all the trees/stumps I needed removed.
