The young lady service technician was excellent. She had a good idea of the pest that was in my kitchen and exterminated it. She also inspected for termites inside and outside the house. Excellent service, hard worker, will hire again for all my home pest problems.

We thought all was well until we removed a front from a pillar on the garage and found carpenter ant damage. They were aware of us having a history of carpenter ants and had been treating for them for over 10 years. Ever since the garage was built. Now we see their treatment was ineffective at best. When we asked them to stand behind their work because their website says they guarantee the work they declined they do not guarantee results only service. Whatever that means. We paid them for 10 years for nothing and when we need them they let us down again. I called the office and talked with the general manager, Richard Hanuck, and his only interest appeared to be to sell me another termite contract. I kept telling him we were talking about carpenter ants but he kept bringing the conversation back to termites. He flatly denied any responsibility for our infestation. We terminated our service with his company after 10 or 11 years with them.

AT THE TOP OF THE ANNUAL PEST CONTROL AGREEMENT IN BOLD PRINT IT STATES:*******THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST PRESENT OR FUTURE DAMAGE TO BUILDING OR IT'S CONTENTS, OR PROVIDE REPAIRS OR COMPENSATION.******** WE ALSO DON'T GUARANTEE YOU WON'T GET BUGS INSIDE. HOWEVER WE WARRANTY IF YOU DO WE WILL COME OUT FREE OF CHARGE IN BETWEEN THE PAYABLE TREATMENT PERIODS. THEY HAD A QUARTERLY PEST CONTRACT SO EVER 3 MONTHS THEY WOULD PAY A SERVICE FEE AND IF BUGS CAME INSIDE HOME WE WOULD PROVIDE A FREE SERVICE CALL. WHICH WE HAVE DONE OVER THE YEARS FOR THIS CUSTOMER. THIS CUSTOMER HAS STATED THAT THEY HAD NO LIVE INSECTS IN THE DAMAGED WOOD. SO AGAIN WE GOT RID OF THE CARPENTER ANT PROBLEM. AS WE HAVE DONE OVER THE YEARS. ALSO WE HAVE NOT INCREASED THE COST PER SERVICE FOR THE PEST CONTROL SERVICE IN 11 YEARS. THE AGREEMENT GUARANTEES 3 YEARS AT SAME RENEWAL COST. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THE CUSTOMER THAT THE TERMITE COVERS FOR DAMAGE AND REPAIR NOT THE PEST CONTRACT. I ALSO EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER THAT IF THEY WANTED TO KEEP A FULL DAMAGE BOND WARRANTY FOR TERMITES THAN THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO A TERMITE TREATMENT AND PAY FOR IT BECAUSE THAT AGREEMENT WAS GOOD FOR 10 YEARS HOWEVER WE WARRANTED IT FOR 11 YEARS INSTEAD OF 10. HE SAID CANCEL EVERYTHING. SO I COMPLIED WITH THIS CUSTOMERS WISHES. WE ARE SORRY TO LOSE THIS CUSTOMERS BUSINESS AFTER 11 YEARS OR EXCELLENT SERVICE. HOWEVER, WE HAVE FULLY LIVED UP TO THESE AGREEMENT SIGNED BY MYSELF AND MRS. ******* ON 5-21-2008. BY SIGNING AND PAYING FOR THE PEST CONTROL SERVICE AGREEMENT AND TERMITE BOND CONTRACT. MRS.****** AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOTH THE PEST AGREEMENT AND THE TERMITE BOND. I HAVE SENT A COPY OF THE SIGNED PEST CONTROL AGREEMENT IN THE MAIL TO THIS CUSTOMER."

This is our second year with Regal and I had to write another review because this time we had a very nice girl named Tracey, who was just so good at her job. I raved about David and Daniel last year, we also had a fellow named Jim who was efficient and now this lady Tracey. She answered all my questions, didn't rush us, and I have to commend this company for having so many knowledgeable people that are very kind and helpful. Thank You. My service includes termite prevention also. Without that protection, the yearly fee for quarterly spray would be less than this.

The first time treatment done by David was excellent. He worked hard and explained everything to us and I was impressed by his knowledge and politeness. Two weeks later, we had a follow up treatment with a few sugar ants still around but nothing like the first treatment. This time we had Daniel. Another wonderful and polite guy who explained things to us. I could not ask for two better guys. I am very pleased with the service so far. The price was for first time spraying outside for pests and termite control, bait inside, quarterly outside spray and calling them anytime if we need more indoor baiting for ants. Next year will be less expensive. There is also a warranty if you get the termite control which we did. You can just get pest control but why take chances? Would recommend them as they were recommended to us.

So far they've been fine.They come back and check to see about every two or three weeks, I guess and they come back to see if I have any further problems. We have less, much, much less so it's pretty good.It's hard to get rid of all of the bugs, so they come back and do a little more spray, so they've been doing fine.I don't love having them spray inside the house but maybe it's necessary because we were having some ant trouble here and they said it was harmless.I like not to have the inside done, but they felt it was necessary so we did.

The jury is still out, but so far so good. The price was part of the contract. We've only had them a couple of months out of twelve. They're prompt. Their price is reasonable. They are professional. They are concerned about our satisfaction. The worker is fine, very professional.

"We have never have overcharged any customers. When we preform the service that's when the bill is due. We normally don't offer net 10 or net 30 terms to residential homeowners. When it comes to the lawn service we make no warranties or guarantee over the results. What we guarantee is free retreatments while under contract and if up to date on bill. We do not guarantee bermuda grass as stated on our contract. We are not responsible for watering or cutting lawn. They've had several issues we can advised them on what they need to do we cannot not force them to water or resod bermuda grass. Also why would they keep doing business with a company who they said in their own words was doing D/F work. Went out and inspected lawn and shrubs on june 9, 2017. Lawn looks beautiful very green due to the rains and shrubs are flourishing. Bare spot in back has green bermuda grass. Recommened to homeowner a few months ago to resod the bermuda with the st. augustine grass if they wanted to have all one grass type. Overall grass looks good and shrubs look good. Do not know what the issue is. What my conclusion is that what the grass and shrubs needed was water like we had recommended to the homeowners in may. Again i'm truly baffled at what there complaining about."

The technicians arrived at my house as promised. They were dressed neatly, were very courteous and explained exactly what they were going to do. They completed the treatments. After which we signed the contract. Their service was top notch, professional and exactly what I was looking for. This local Ocala company far exceeded my expectations. They are superior to the "big boys." You will NOT go wrong if you choose this company. I couldn't be more pleased!

I called them one morning to get an estimate do do two houses. That same morning the exterminator came to the houses. Tim spent the rest of the morning and all afternoon doing the job. He was polite and worked hard. The company said that if we saw any of the pests that they would return to the home to remedy any problems. The job this company did was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs pest control. I can't say enough good about them.
