I highly recommend this family business. Mr. Navarro came out the same day I called and provided me with an estimate.  We walked around the whole house together to make sure that we were in agreement on the downspouts.  We discussed and agreed on the addition of three additional downspouts.  Mr. Navarro removed and hauled away the old gutters a few days before the actual installation with no debris left behind.  The day of the installation, his team arrived promptly to begin the installation.  When they finished, we walked around the house to insure everything was as we discussed, and also asked me to go up on a ladder so he could show me the leave guard which was installed.  Again there was not debris left behind.

Quick install and very nicely done.  We had gutters and trash guards installed at two locations and they did a great job at a good price.  Took extra time to make sure everything matched at all points of install.  Did touch up paint at any areas where it was needed. Left us additional paint and screws for any future repairs.  The gutters got a good testing this am with 1/2 inch of rain.

Everything went great. They showed up on time and entire installation only took 6 hours. Excellent value for the price.

The installers were on time, worked efficiently and appeared, at the time, to do a professional looking job.  In the months following the work, I noticed that the gutter guards they installed on the preexisting gutters were accumulating a large quantity of leaves.  I found that the leaf guards were lower on the house side of these gutters, causing leaves to accumulate.

I contacted R &R several times trying to arrange a time for them to come out and look at the problem.  They kept putting us off and finally left us a phone message stating that the gutter guards were installed properly and they would not come out to inspect the leaf guards. 

Given their response and quality of their work, I cannot recommend R & R Seamless Gutters to any homeowner.

UPDATE: Their feed back: "leaf guards have now ups and downs which are not possible since they are lock-on guards" is totally incorrect.  I have attached photographs clearly showing the leaf guards on the new gutters which they installed and the leaf guards they installed on the existing gutters.  Clearly there is a difference between the leaf guards on the new and the existing gutters.  The leaf guards on the new gutters that they installed fit nicely to the top of the gutter.  The leaf guards on the existing gutters appear not to be sized properly for these gutters as they sag below the top of the gutter.  The installation was very poorly done.  If they had come out and inspected the gutters, I think the problem could have been resolved.  Their total refusal to provide any customer service is very disappointing. 

Excellent experience.  Franco was responsive to my phone call and showed up on time for both the estimate and the job.  He made excellent suggestions, too.  Things I had not thought of.  We had gutters along only the front of the house and he was willing to match what we had.  When we decided to replace the already installed gutter, he suggested a particular color and it was a great match.

We called and left a message to get a free estimate. Our call was promptly returned and a date was set up for our estimate. Francisco arrived on time to give us an estimate which seemed reasonable so we scheduled a time and date for the installation. Again Francisco arrived on time, went right to work and finished in a timely manner. Throughout our dealings with Francisco, he was very respectful, professional, courteous, honest, reliable and knowledgeable. When the job was finished, he said because the cleaning of the existing gutter was not as extensive as he had anticipated, he gave us a discount. Wow, that really impressed us! Francisco explained what he was doing every step of the way,  and then tested the gutters to make sure they were operating correctly. Not only would we hire him again, but we already recommended him to someone else who hired him.

Excellent job. Replaced three lengths of gutters. Also relocated two downspouts. Also repaired some of the existing guttering that was loose. Great work, showed up promptly, told him my problems, figured out the solution, gave me a price before he started, finished the work rapidly. The finished job looked great.

Contractor arrived on time as scheduled and immediately went to work.  Installed a little over 175 linear feet of gutter and downspouts, as prearranged and then replaced a 20 foot section in the rear of the house that was not on the original quote.  Workman were all very efficient, professional and courteous.  Would definitely recommend.

We installed some cement curbing at the edge of our landscape area - between the landscaping and the lawn. With the new curbing, the downspouts discharged water into the landscape area inside the wall. Water, trapped behind the curbing, threatened to wash it out. We needed to have the water discharge moved to just beyond the curbing.
Rand R Seamless Gutters was highly rated and located close to us, so we called them.
The contractor showed up as expected. My wife was present, but I was not. The contractor treated her courteously and professionally. He looked over the job, quoted and offered to do it immediately. This was exactly what we wanted.
When he had finished the job looked much better than I had imagined it could. He had moved the pipes, slightly, so the water would cause a minimum of harm when it discharged. Everything was fitted up tight and fastened securely. He had, also, refastened several loose straps holding the downspouts.
I could not ask for a better job!

Francisco and his assistant were able to work on our repair while doing another job in the neighborhood.

Even though it was not a major job, Francisco treated me with complete professionalism and respect.

He showed up on time and was finished in a flash.

I was so impressed that I asked him to write up a quote to replace our existing gutters with 6and quot; gutters.

Made the appt with Fransisco over the phone and he showed up on time the following week. We talked over the options and settled on the job to be done. He installed the gutters on the front and rear of my home. I decided against doing the sides of the home for now. I have a large rear porch that only had one downspout. He installed a new one on the other side and replaced the one already there for only $25. I had a couple areas in my screen that were loose and Fransisco fixed them free of charge. He was finished in about 2 hours. Very professional and polite guy. Job looks fantastic. Highly recommend.

Very nice looking gutters. Job was completed while I was on vacation, and photo's sent to me to review. Very satisfied with the gutters. Only negative was that there were a lot of screws left on the driveway and side walk area.

Francisco is a highly professional person. I would lrecommend him for any work related to his profession. He was cheaper than
the next person tha I called for extimate. Hill was other person with an extimae of $1895.00. francisco and his helper apparently
have worked together as a wll oiled team with very few wasted moves.
