R C Windows & Doors

Ron explained the job to me thoroughly. He told me it would take about two days, which was true. He arrived on time, with a crew of two. The door installation took the longest, as expected. Ron and his guys took almost the whole day for that. By the end of the day the doors were in, but Ron told me they would finish up the next day, making cosmetic improvements around the door frame. The next day, that was exactly what they did. The door frame and walls were completely cleaned up, re-caulked and re-painted as needed.
After that, Ron repaired the broken and rusted windows in my home, as described. He did a wonderful job, and was professional and courteous from start to finish.
I would highly recommend RC Windows and Doors for any similar work, and I would definitely use them again.

In ONE word. BAD. Since this is a Private Individually owned  Company  I expected somewhat better service.  First time I made contact at about 12:45 PM over the phone He asked me to call back and leave a MESSAGE as he was busy at that moment and couldn't talk. So I called right back and left the message. I never did receive a call back that day.  I Called again the next day giving the guy every opportunity to have my business, got his answer machine  and left ANOTHER message to give me an estimate. I waited again No call back , except in the message I gave him my address this time. Instead of calling he shows up at my house, he measures and tells me he'll get back with a quote.  In the mean time I had Two more estimates given to me before he gave me HIS estimate. I had to call HIM again just so I could compare all three estimates. I gave HIM every Chance in the world , I think, and he was the HIGHEST of the two others, not by a few dollars but several Hundred dollars. I hope he Improves, he seems like a nice guy but I guess we just got off to a bad start and it went Down Hill from there.

Called RC in the morning.  Ron, the owner, answered.  He understood what was needed, gave me an estimate over the phone, called and showed two hours earlier than he said he would.  He and a helper were very friendly, and got the job done very quickly, and the price was very reasonable.  I would highly recommend them, and will be using them in the future for screening and doors...Great Service!
