We have used this company twice. We have been pleased each time with the service provided by the company.

Used on rental property not in my immediate area. Per renter, arrived on time and proceeded to find & correct problem.

Bryce came out because my A/C unit was leaking water on the floor... He checked the Refrigerant to make sure it was at the proper range, in case it was low and icing up because low refrigerant can have the A/C unit run too cold... I was dead on center for the temp in the house...


So he looked at the drain pipe and water was visible at near the top... Solution ... vacuum out the drain line yielded loads of scummy water and a 1/2 cup of white vinegar to reduce the sliming in the future...

His recommendation was to throw a 1/2 cup of white vinegar in their each month and  vacuum the line out from the outside every three months... (plus take two aspirin and call him in the morning :-)) This should do the trick...


He was on time and very professional... and reasonably priced.... We used these guys before for my father in laws house A/C and Heating unit... Bryce was great then too....

It went great. The technician was early, but my boyfriend was home to let him in for the service. The technician was very friendly and took time to explain the service and potential problems. I was extremely pleased with the service call and the price.

Everything went great.  Called for appointment and came the next day, even came 1/2 hour early.  Just had maintenance done and system checked out fine.  I think the technician was Bryce and he was a very courteous and professional young man and showed me again how to install the filter (just moved here and forgot the procedure) and I thank him for that.  Will definitely call them again to check out the gas furnace before the cooler season starts.  Would recommend Max-Air to anyone who needs a good air conditioning company.

Service technician arrived on time. He was very professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair.
 Explained what he was doing each step of the way.

Bryce explained what he was checking & why.  He determined it was a fan motor that was on it's way out.  He checked the motor with a meter and advised that I still had some time left on it but the clunking noise would remain without doing harm to the unit.
Very professional, efficient and honest.  He answered my questions in terms I could understand.

The tech arrived on time.  He was neat, well groomed and professional.  This was probably a little more difficult than their typical job.  Yet he was very thorough including crawling into a hot, dusty attic to check the inside unit.  He also checked the thermostat.  He answered all of our many questions patiently and competently.  And when he learned that we were concerned that the unit was cycling on and off more frequently than in the past, he adjusted the (very old)  thermostat and waited a bit to see what would happen.   The problem was resolved and there was no additional charge for anything.  He advised that both the unit and thermostat were very old but were functioning adequately for now.  No need for any additional work or upgrades now.

Initially believed not o have anymore warranty on the unit and inquired for a new heat pump. Christina asked me to provide serial number of unit to check if warranty still applicable. Had scheduled a a service call with Max Air.
After checking the Serial number Christina reverted that there was still 3 months warranty on the unit.
Service tech Bryce arrived more than punctual before scheduled time frame and checked out the system, found compressor faulty, dismantled unit and got the new compressor out of town and installed it. 
Bryce was very courteous , professional and efficient. He noted in my presence that the reversing valve acted up and recommended to change it in the near future.
Which I did then after Memorial day.
I was impressed and humbled by the honesty , fairness and professionalism of the Team of Max Air and Heating.
I will use their services again whenever the need arises.

No problems with the company or their service tech. Only concern was that the tech was apparently in training (one year experience) so we are not sure he would have enough experience to recognize HVAC problems or potential problems. We would have preferred a more experienced tech. 

Performed everything that they advertised they would.  Technician was punctual, professional, and personable.  I would definitely use this company again if and when I should need  this type of service.
