Keith was great. He was able to correctly diagnose a problem with my dishwasher that another contractor had misdiagnosed. He ordered the part and had my dishwasher repaired in three days, potentially saving me a couple of hundred dollars.

Keith called soon after we contacted HomeAdvisor. He listened to us describe our problem and set a time to come out to diagnose it. He showed up during the scheduled time and quickly determined the problem. Because a part was required he called the supplier (one the spot) to determine the availability and cost. That allowed him to then schedule a date and cost for the repair BEFORE he left my house. When the part arrived early, Keith called and offered us an earlier appointment for the repair. When we accepted the earlier date Keith again arrived during the scheduled time. He explained what he was during all during the process. When done he cleaned up and supplied a written receipt on his company letter head (a plus showing this is a true business) We have added him to our list of favorite professionals.

Prompt, knew what he was doing, courteous. A bit more expensive than I was expecting, but the quality of service was worth it.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Dryer had 13 years of link inside, which is a fire hazard! I was thankful that they could help me. A motor needed replaced. As an additional precaution, we also had the air duct from dryer, wall to outside vent unclogged and cleaned out. Made a big difference in efficiency of the hot air flow in the dryer. I highly recommend this company & their staff.

They have tried several times to repair my ice maker, they cannot seem to fix it. Been out 3-4 times now and I feel they're guessing at the problem and not solving it. Now I am waiting for a part... but haven't heard back in several days as to the status.
