K3 Repair Services

Initially I gave this company a negative review, and it turned out to be a bit of a miscommunication. I was charged $75 for what I thought was just screwing in a loose light bulb, turns out that was just the service fee for having him come out to my home to assess the situation, he actually did not charge me for any work. When the light stopped working a day after I entered the negative review, I called him again and he did all of the work without charging another service fee or for fixing the light. I was quick to respond and he turned out to be a genuine stand up guy even after my negative review so I felt I should correct that. I will be using him again when needed.

Very fast and efficient

They were very thorough and they explained to me the maintenance I should do to prevent the problem from occurring again. He made sure that the dishwasher was working to its maximum efficiency before he left. I am confident in the quality of their work and I would hire them again and recommend them.

Keith was responsive, showed up as promised, and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes. I would use him in the future and have no problem referring him to someone else.

Hired them to fix my stove, paid $50 and told me they didn't know what the problem was with the stove. And that I needed an electrician. I hired an electrician and he ended up fixing the problem with my stove. Nothing was wrong with my electricity!!!
