Keith worked us into a "slammed" schedule a day earlier than expected. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had our or 18 year old washer working very quickly. Integrity is huge and even though we were prepared to replace these units, he advised us to keep the Kenmore(Whirlpool)) equipment going as long as possible. Excellent response time and service. Arranged convenient time to schedule work. Very professional. Leaky toilet needed extensive repair and they had proper parts to complete job. However,could not complete work on loose light fixture in kitchen as this work would require an electrician specifically. Definitely recommend.
