I fixed the problem before they got here(clogged drain) which was spinning, but they had ordered the part for the door. My husband wanted the machine working perfectly so we went ahead and let them install the part since they already ordered part. However, the machine is STILL doing the SAME thing!! $260 later!!! YES you saw that correctly!!! Had I known that I would not have replaced as I fixed it. Already did laundry. Was being polite as they had ordered already and looked online and it was $20 part. I had to shut machine off and on to open occasionally. Big deal. Better than paying a third of the washer!!! I would have bought a new machine!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Especially when still does not work. Extremely disappointed. Horrible service!! And so happy to find someone to handle Samsung appliances. Back to drawing board.

Keith came when he said and worked through problem. Fixed problem but then it returned. He came back and replaced an associated part that failed and washer has been working since then.

He came to our home on a Sunday and replaced our garbage disposal that was leaking and broken. While he was here he also repaired our ice maker and didn't charge extra service fee for it being Sunday. Polite, clean , on time and did a good job. Would call him again and recommend his company.

He arrived ahead of schedule....ready to work..... completed the job in less time than expected. Cleaned up afterwards …. even hauled off trash! Very professional! I would DEF hire him again! Very impressed!
