I had to switch my move date at literally the last minute and accommodated me! My move went so smooth. No surprises at all. Estimate was beyond fair. Their no problem attitude is beyond!! It was raining and they covered the carpet. They are not the average moving people. I would highly recommend them.

I don't have a single bad thing to say and could go on about how great the whole moving team was yesterday on time, efficient, polite, professional, funny and even musical (yes, there was some singing involved). All the guys were professionals and helpful. However I did have a few scratched items. They did wrap everything in moving blankets but still had a few issues. I did not report this back to the company. But overall they were very good. They did take a long lunch break during the ride to the new location so had to wait quite a while for them to arrive.

Was told truck would be weighed before and after product for accurate weight. That did not happen. Several dishes that were of value were broken due to packing heavy items together with Crystal! Some crystal was broken as well. Antique radio broken. They acted like I had an option for date of delivery of product. That was not the case. Note to company heres how you get accurate weights. Weigh the truck, go to first stop, weigh the truck again do the math ,go to second stop, weigh the truck, do the math etc. etc. Youre in the customer service business. Be honest with customer. I didnt like the fact that I had to constantly contact them after product was picked up. Needless to say I would not use this company again. Waiting to see how claim goes.

Low rider trailers with 8 inch clearance, do not work in the Tennessee hills. The Pampano crew did an excellent job of packing. Some broken furniture pieces from the quick and rough off load in Tennessee, but I guess that is to be expected.

They showed up an hour late and one guy left the job before it was complete, yet I had to pay full price. I called the office the next day and got the "We'll look into this and call you back". Well no surprise, I never got a call back. I've reported them to State of Florida Attorney General's office.

They scratched our wood floors, broke a standing light fixture, and hit the wall and knocked off plaster going out to the patio. The cost was as expected. But we haven't heard from their damage control office. I really can't suggest them to anyone.

Not a thing broken. (I did the packing). Andres was excellent as a foreman. Only thing was they asked me to remove our clothes from drawers and cd's from cabinet which in 4 previous moves I never did.

Wow! This Company was incredible, not only were they early from schedule, they waited for us to get there. Moving from one home to present home. The guys were outstanding. Even though I gave them directions on where to put the furniture, they still asked. Will recommend n use them again. Thanks guys!

worst moving company i have ever used. they weren't honest with me. their salesperson prided themselves on how there would be one team overseeing my job. however, a bigger job came along, so they changed all my packing and moving dates, and sent 3 separate teams to do my job. neither team knew what the other team did and what was left to do. I HAD TO TELL THEM! they were very sloppy, careless, and unprofessional. many of my personal items were broken and damaged, and everything is sticky from being taped up. i have never experienced such a shoddy outfit.

They were very friendly and for the most part did a very good job. In Florida in the summer do not allow them to wrap things in tape as it took forever to remove the tape residue. I also thought it strange that an entire box of glass serving pieces was broken yet my crystal and china was fine.

The company did a great job of communicating. They were on-time and the guys worked diligently (even though it was terribly hot) and were careful to not damage any items. It took a little longer than expected but it did not cost much more than the bid.
