Four Seasons Maintenance started in 1993 by the Owner, Steve Washburn. Service and Quality is the utmost importance. The motto of Four Seasons is "Customers expect the best; With Four Seasons, you get the Best!" Four Seasons Services & Maintenance is operated by a sole individual. Labor rates are $25.00 to $35.00 per hour for smaller jobs. Larger Jobs requiring Written Estimates and Bids may not necessarily fall within the labor rates for smaller jobs; where additional labor is required. Materials are either purchased in advance by the property owner, or at the time of service at cost. Four Seasons does not up charge customers for materials. Travel time to pick up materials before and during any given job is chargeable. Payment is required at the completion of the job, and a final invoice including copy of payment is then emailed to the customer. (Depending upon the job, before and after photos are included for the property owners records. This service is especially useful for property owners who are either out of town on vacation or live out of town/state who own property that are not able to come to the property and inspect the completion of the services provided). A minimum of one hour is charged for all jobs. Labor is then billed in fifteen (15) minute increments thereafter. Cash, Personal Checks & Certified Checks are the ONLY methods of payment. Payment is due upon completion of work for new customers. Arrangements for billing can be made for returning customers, clients of real estate professionals, property managers and other clients as need warrants. Balances unpaid after 15 days are subject to a late fee not exceed $50.00 and balances over 30 days are subject to a 1.5% late fee of the balance due. Personal checks that bounce are subject to recovery fees and any bank fees incurred. Post dated checks are not accepted without the express consent of the owner of Four Seasons Maintenance. (During this rough economic time, we all have to work together, and it is my goal to work with and help where ever possible.) ALL JOBS OVER $1,000 REQUIRE A NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT TO BE EXECUTED PRIOR TO START OF WORK. EFFECTIVE 07/01/2017
