From the first contact with Budget Blinds everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The whole process, making an appointment , the sales rep coming out , the installation, was smooth .Installation was on time and the blinds look beautiful. They even did a couple of follow up calls to ensure all went well and I was completely happy with the product.

Everything was perfect! My salesperson, Mallory, was extremely kind and professional. She arrived on time, was patient with me, and took the time to show me my options. I like that she wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me other things. I ordered plantation shutters for three bedrooms. As expected, after three weeks, Tina called to schedule installation. When I had to postpone the installation because my AC went out, Tina was very accommodating. On the day of installation, the installers arrived on time, were also very professional, and did an amazing job! After completion, I received two follow-up calls, one from Tina, and the other from Mallory checking to make sure we were satisfied with our blinds. We couldn't be happier!

I had a great experience with Budget Blinds. Mallory, the designer/sales rep, was terrific: good ideas, patient, prompt, and even came back a second time to insure measurements were correct and I was happy with the materials I had chosen (as I changed my mind a few times). The installers also were prompt, efficient, did a good job and tried to keep the areas as clean as possible.

They showed up on time did the installation and cleaned up after themselves they even brought their own garbage bag and took the trash with them when they left my house i'm very happy with my blackout shades because I work overnight so I sleep in the daytime excellent job

The person who installed my Plantation Shutters was very quick, and very accurate at the same time.

The Plantation Shutters are very adjustable - both vertically and horizontally (fold inward). This makes it easy to clean, and able to adjust for sunlight and vehicle headlights.

I would recommend Budget Blinds to anyone looking for items which Budget Blinds sells. Also, my FPL bills have decreased more than 15% since purchasing these Plantation Shutters.

Alex and his assistant came our today, 2/09/16, bright and early at 9:00 am.  They removed the old cornice and then proceeded to put up the new one.  Then we had to put the pin hooks into the freshly cleaned sheers an he installed the sheers on the rods, which were attached to the new cornice.  Alex dis a terrific job, making sure the sheers were correctly positioned and not dragging on the ground.  Everything went fine and my wife and I greatly appreciated their work and professionalism.  We would definitely use Budget Blinds again and they receive a 5 star rating from us.  Thanks so much.

From start to finish (on this job and the previous job) Budget Blinds hit the mark. Tom Kay, the owner, is professional and always punctual, and the installation and repair staff work quickly and do a superb job on installations. My first experience with Budget Blinds let me to simply call them for the second job without even checking with other vendors.

Tom came to measure & explain each blind variety - gave us options - budget options.  He was wonderful.  Person came to hang them & it was a great experience.

My blinds were installed yesterday. They look wonderful. I'm very pleased with the quality and the overall look of the blind. Although this is for a rental property the quality surpasses what you might expect. I choose a white plastic blind throughout the house 11 relatively large windows. Each window has one blind, not separated which I really wanted and if I would have used a big box store, each window would have two blinds. The installer was early, which was great for me. He quoted it would take two hours and it took two hours and 15 minutes. I paid via phone beforehand and the installer did a great job and was clean and courteous, what more could I ask for? Overall: quality really good! Tom Kay very professional, perfect measurements, price good. Installation great! Tom followed up with me this morning and I could be happier! Very good experience.

Superbly. Tom came soon after I called for an estimate. He was courteous and very professional. Budget Blinds offered a good selection of products at a very competitive price. All went very smoothly and the solar shades look and perform wonderfully.

We were very pleased with the overall results.  In fact, we called them back to give us advice on our back porch where we have problems with the sum coming through our French door and creating glare on our TV, and strong sum throughout the day in the windows along the back of the room.  He gave us a few options and I think we will be very pleased with the results.

Tom was great and very prompt! The installer was running late on another appointment and Tom took it upon himself to come out and install the blinds! I am very happy with service due to the professionalism and how personalized everything was.  They showed me alot of options and really spent the time to make sure I was getting what I needed. 

I called Tom Kay at Budget Blinds to set up an appointment in my home.  Tom promptly came over, took measurements and showed me a variety of sample materials from which to choose.  Two weeks later, Tom called and said the blinds were ready to be installed. The following day, his installer came over and installed the blinds within a matter of minutes.  I am very pleased with the blinds.  Tom Kay is a pleasure to deal with is very personable guy.
