Tom Kay, the Budget Blinds rep. and the installer, Vinnie were punctual, neat, professional, and efficient. I hired them for two jobs. The first was the install plantation shutters for interior windows in my house and venetian blinds in my 3 bathrooms. I later had them install two large vinyl pull-down shades for the garage windows. The plantation shutters required 7 weeks delivery time. They arrived on time. Unfortunately, it was 2 weeks before the completion date of my new hurricane impact windows installations. Tom willingly held the order in his warehouse until the new windows were installed. The installations went like "clockwork." Vinnie did excellent work. There were no problems with any of the installations and he did his work fast and professionally. Even caulking around each shutter frame to ensure proper seals. Tom was a great representative too. He helped me with the selections on materials and colors. He gave me a great discount and was there through both installations to ensure the end product was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend using Tom for any window treatment installations.

Everything went well from start to finish. We got a large (approx 4x10ft) black-out shade/blind. They performed this service and the installation courteously and professionally. We are very pleased with the entire process and final product and would definitely recommend them to other people. This was a large, custom ordered blind. Another company installed a similar blind in another room for us a few years ago and charged $1,000 for a lower quality blind, so this company definitely had a better price.

Tom came out to our offices with various samples and measured. Three weeks later a co-worker came out and installed. Very punctual, responsive and courteous. They take pride in their work and ensure that the customers are pleased with the work. I asked the installer to move the shade an inch over after he already put the track in place and he honored my request with not one complaint.
