He has performed several projects for me over the years. He is good to work with and has a flat fee. He is willing to go above and beyond and put in extra time with out charging me for it. He is also very knowledge. I use him all the time.

He replaced two water heaters three months ago. He is reasonably priced. He is very clean in doing work. The work whatever he does is always done right. Overall, he is a nice guy. He has done a lot of work for me.

I was very pleased. He was recommended to me. I was on a tight schedule and he was able to come the day after I called. The price included parts and labor. This was the first time I've used a plumber in Florida so I don't know how his price compared but he was there an hour so it was probably fair.
