We got this company from Angie’s List.  They were prompt, pleasant, and very reasonable compared to other bid and we were under the sun due to hearing scheduled and they met our deadline and their work was approved by the city.

He did a very good job. He came on time and finished on time as well. He came in a little below budget and cleaned up exceptionally well after the job was done. I got 6 estimates and went with him and did not regret it. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

Mark’s men came to repair lanai roof. They went about doing the job efficiently and thoroughly going beyond the retaping I asked for and to make it even better did not adjust the quoted price for the extra work. Mark Kaufman is also our path forest roofer of choice. He’s punctual, honest and completes jobs efficiently leaving no mess behind. Thank you!

Everything went great. I really couldn’t have asked for any more from this company. They were so professional and helpful. They are very easy to get a hold of and great with explaining what they were doing to my home. I appreciated that they took the time to answer my questions. After the work was finished each day they cleaned everything up. I really can’t think of anything to complain about this company. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The serviceman worked quickly. We determined that he had not caulked all areas that we thought we had asked for in the proposal. He quickly got back on the roof and remedied the situation.

Our patio ceiling had been leaking after heavy rains. We called several roofers to estimate repairs. We quickly learned our old roof was in such bad condition that the whole roof needed replacement. We got 3 bids after contacting 5 roofing contractors. Researched all of the companies we called, including Angies List. The one we chose was not the cheapest but their record was the best for customer satisfaction. They worked for a total 4 days and each day cleaned up the tarps and loose nails and debris all around the house. Made sure that the roof was rain proofed each night as well as over the long holiday weekend that they did not work. Crew was very mannerly and professional. In short, this was as good as I had hoped after reading the reviews of this company. Our roof should handle nearly all the foreseeable Florida weather for several decades at least. We are very pleased that we found this company after hearing and reading horror stories of what sometimes happens.

He is great, awesome and wonderful. He's not the chepest guy in town, but the people who he sends out do the whole job. They are really professional and take care of everything. Mark is really clear about what it's going to cost, what's going to happen and what's not going to happen. If you have any questions or issues you can call them and they call you right back. His work is warrantied as long as you own the house, his work not just the shingles. He is great, I reccomend him all the time, he has been around for about 25 years.

I have owned many properties, rental and personal. Worked with many roofers. Mark is by far the most professional roofing organization i have ever worked with. Up front, he explained in detail the entire process and showed me all of the checklist that are used by his crew. When it came time to do the work, it went exactly as described. We had a few pieces of rotted wood, and the crew leader showed me before replacing. Mark had set a predetermined price up front if any rotted wood was found. An honest, and christian organization. Would recommend him to anyone I know.
