I had spoken to April on the phone and also via email regarding the initial $75 cut and $35/ cut biweekly service thereafter. She told me that they would cut my lawn a week from the day I spoke to her and that I could pay online. They were not scheduled to cut my lawn for a week, so I decided that I would pay on the day they showed up. I did exactly that - the moment I heard the mower start, I paid the $75 online. I was very happy with the work, but when no one showed up 14 days later I was confused.
I emailed and called with no response at all. It was very strange since April had been in contact with me several times before my lawn was cut. I ended up having to call someone else to cut my lawn, who also offered their service for cheaper. I would not recommend Coconut Cutters to anyone.
