incompetence is the word for this company used to much chemical said they would fix the problem waiting for chemical from manufacturer to neutralize this never happened been living in a hotel for three weeks Don't trust these people

Although the testing appeared to be thorough, the inspection would not have uncovered the major source of mold in my home. I had to show him where I thought it was and he tested that area at an additional cost. I also have a concern that a company that does testing and remediation is self serving.
