I would not use them in the future. They should have done an honest job which they did not do. They treated me very poorly.

I took the vacuum in for repairs. Shortly after taking it in it quit working. I took it back in and they said the blower had burned up and they had to replace it. They said they would just charge for the part because I had just had it serviced which was $31.94 on 1/15/2013. The first time I used it after taking it in the 2nd time, the belt slipped. I tried to put it back on and it wouldn't stay on. So I opened up the machine myself. I found the motor was not mounted there were no screws holding it to the mount which was broken as well. They sent it back to me like this and I was unaware of any issues. I took the vacuum in there to show it to them with no intention of leaving it. Their response was that the motor mounts were all broken and it would have required an entire new casing. I asked why they did not tell me that. They said they did their best mounting it with one screw and just never spoke this to me. They offered to take it in for a trade on a new one. I declined  and purchased a new vacuum elsewhere.  They were virtually imposible to communicate with. I would call they would say they would call back and wouldn't. They said it would be done on one day and it wasn't done for 3-4 days later. They would not call me for this either I would have to call them.

They weren't very good.  I got the vacuum home, the vacuum wasn't fixed.  Everything they said they had written down they were going to do they hadn't done.  Again when I told them the hose had a slit in it, they put electrical tape on it.  I wasn't happy with that.  They knew it wasn't fixed because one of the items to repair was the fact the vacuum didn't shut off.  I would never recommend them to anyone.
