+ -1 moreThey have performed service on our pool for the past three years. The business relationship started great but has gone down hill over the past year. They keep changing the day they service our pool, and sometimes do not show up at all. When we have requested major work done, their estimator has been rude and hard to get in touch with. Some promised work beyond standard cleaning has not been completed at all after numerous phone calls. We are in the process of finding a new pool service company.
Description of Work: They perform routine cleaning and water service. They have also replaced and relocated the pool pump in the past.

+ -1 moreThese guys are horrible. They never show up and if I call to report they come twice a week (which is totally unnecessary) so that they can charge me. Yes, they are cheap, but my pool is as green as grass right now.
