Great! I placed a search for a repair service and had an appointment booked in less than 15 minutes later. A repair technician was at my door three hours later. The technician was courteous and thorough in his evaluation of the multiple problems with the unit.

Long story, short.....Junius repaired my ice maker and it continued to have problems. Ultimately he did not stand behind the work and Jeno (the owner) stopped responding. I was charged $398 over multiple visits. I called AAA Century Appliance repair (also on Angi), and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly--no problems since they repaired it correctly. Junius would not refund the money for the misdiagnosis, and ignored my messages. Angi offers arbitration for such problems; using FairClaims. Junius lost in arbitration and had to refund me the entire $398 I paid over the multiple visits. If you have a problem with a contractor, Angi gives you options to remedy the situation. I was grateful to Angi, since I would be out the money if not for their assistance.

1. He does not want you to watch him Hmmmm. He replaced the ice maker/ drinking water dispenser valve for $517.00 and it did not change anything. The ice maker and the drinking dispenser use the same valve. The drinking dispenser has worked the whole time. I am sure the valve good and did not need replaced. The problem was the ice maker was bad and needed replaced. He was going to give me a higher price to replace both the valve and the ice maker. But I figured if he knew the valve was bad it was not needed. He did not show me the "bad" valve
