Rentals - Equipment
We had a hitch and wiring installed by an out of state U Haul location. Immediately our car started to flow light bulbs and fuses. The original shop could not fix whatever they had done to our car. Thank God, we bought the extended warranty on the wiring.
Then we took our car to the U Haul on N. Cleveland Ave. The general manager, Kent, took charge of our car the moment he heard our story. He personally worked on our car and showed us what had been done wrong and what he did to fix it. No more blown bulbs and fuses.
Everyone there was incredibly friendly and they seemed to actually care about our situation.
Final bill was $0.00 and we didn't have to sign for a thing. Completely satisfied and will go back there anytime we need their services and highly recommend them.
