I thought I would give this provider a chance seeing that the only rating on Angies List from a previous client was an "F". Provider was good in the beginning giving estimate, communication when he was going to what and when and he and his helper did a beautiful job on the driveways themselves.
While with him on several occasions, I asked him if he would look at the driveway at my house (Patterncrete) where some of the color has worn off and he said he would.
After delivering him the check in hnad for the two driveways he had poured the day before at a job site he was at, I asked him again to look at my driveway when he had a chance. He said he would. Since that time after no less than three text messages and one phone call that went into voicemail, I have yet to hear from him. I even had to call the FL D.O.T. myself for the final inspection.
Being a small business person myself, if I treated (or should I say ignored) a good paying customer like he has to be, I wouldn't have that customer anymore.
I think the owner should brush-up on his communication skills with customers as word of mouth advertising and referrals travels fast.

We have a patio extension installed at our home.  This contractor recommended Kustom Concrete to do the concrete work for the patio and pool decking.  We met with Jeff and determined what type of material and price.  The work was begun on time, however, we needed to call and follow up with work dates since many times we waited for the crew to arrive and they would be a "no show".  The work was not finished according to the time schedule provided to us, but took approximately 10 days longer than originally planned.

Four months after completion of the work, we noticed four cracks in the pool deck surface.  We calle Jeff and my husband talked to Jeff who said he would be at our home that week to look at the pool deck.  Jeff never arrived, we have left repeated messages to no avail. 

We also telephoned the contractor who installed the patio extension and he was not able to get Jeff to respond to our telephone calls.

Polite, efficient, does a good job, does what he is asked to do and is on time. Everything about the encounter was excellent. He cleaned up when done.
