Anthony was extremely prompt and professional. He came out within 30 minutes of our phone call to the office. Although he did not have the part on his truck that we needed, he assured us he would have it first thing in the morning and we would be his first job in the a.m. He quoted us a price for the part and repair prior to ordering the part. He was cost conscious, courteous, and efficient. We would certainly hire In and Out Air Conditioning for any and all air conditioning work in the future.
