We woke up Saturday morning to a cracked and leaking hot water heater. We found David Miller Plumbing on Angies List and called for an appointment for that day. Dianne was the point of contact and she was as nice as she could be and made sure we got a good deal and the plumber was out here within a couple of hours replacing our hot water heater.
Surprisingly, it cost a little less to have David Miller do the job than for us to have gone out to Lowes or Home Depot to purchase a hot water heater and then have one of their contractors do the job.
We were very impressed with not only how nice everyone was, but also how professional they were.
We will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

I do not understand why or how a company would claim they provide "24 hour Emergency Service" when they don't. I wasted 3 hours making phone calls, talking to answering services and answering machines and waiting for someone to return these phone calls while I had water pouring inside the concrete block, soaking all of the insulation and spraying out the side of my home like a geyser due to a broken main water line that was installed improperly. When I called David Miller Plumbing a female answered the phone and after I explained my problem she simply stated that they do not have a technician working at night and to try back later that morning when the technicians come in to work. At a minimum, if you are going to claim that you offer 24 hr emergency service at least have a name and number of another trusted contractor that can cover these emergency calls for you.

I would give them all "A". I would use them again.

Great work..Replaced hot water heater , brought the new one and took the old one away.  Clean, fast and efficient work.

It was difficult to schedule at first because my husband and I both work, so regular business hours was a challenge.  In the end I had to change my schedule for the workmen to come.  This was not the best, but....  The guys came as scheduled on time and tried to fix the leak.  They charged me $150 for their first visit.  They left thinking all was well, but the leak was still going.  On the second time around we once again had to adjust our schedules to accommodate, but second time around all was well.  As it turned out we needed a new garbage disposal. Second time around we were charged only for the disposal ($285.00) not the labor and the leak is finally gone.

I bought a $55 coupon for an estimate, but when contacted by the provider, I found out they did not provide the service I wanted, even though it seemed to be shown in before/after photos on their website.  I needed a shower remodel, and their website showed just such a project, but when I spoke with them, they said they only did the plumbing, not the tile, which was really what I needed.  Oh well.

We were extremely happy with the repair. A very coordinated effort on everyone's part. Their countertop man Leo did an excellent job arrived on time and when he was finished the plumbers arrived shortly after with hardly any inconvenience to us. They too did a great job. I can't praise this team effort enough and will highly recommend them in the future.

Excellent work and repairmen! They even wore slippers over their shoes while in the house which was appreciated.  They were very professional and represented the company exceptionally.  Mrs. Miller was a tremendous help in scheduling and estimating the job . She was a pleasure to work with. We were very happy with their work and would recommend them without hesitation.

Great service!!!  We moved into a resale house and immediately noted many plumbing issues including leaky faucets throughout the master bathroom.  We tried changing the first faucet ourselves but it was corroded in place and we could not get it to loosen.  I found David Miller Plumbing through Angie's list and they were prompt with their services.  I had purchased all the faucets online which they replaced, and upgraded the shower head to a hydrorail.  I noticed an awful plastic taste to our water and they tested that.  There was also black sediment coming out of the faucets when we moved in.  As a precaution, I requested the 10 year old water heater to be replaced, and to get a whole house water filtration system.  This improved the water quality instantly.  I also requested a reverse osmosis system to be put in our kitchen and updated those faucets as they also had corrosion.  This was a several day project scattered over a few weeks - mostly my doing as I kept finding issues I needed resolved and was ordering parts online.  Through all of this Diane at David Miller was gracious about the scheduling and their plumbers were knowledgeable, efficient, clean, and responsive to my questions.  It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this company.

The tech arrived at the appointed time and did an excellent job installing an on demand water heater. After the work was completed he cleaned up any debris, leaving the area neat and tidy.

Came on time, called ahead, came prepared and got to work. 
Unfortunately I was not prepared, I had purchased incorrect size sink for kitchen and wrong size drains for bathrooms. 
No problem, they did all the prep work they could while there and rescheduled me for first thing next morning. 
Both times workers were capable, friendly and efficient.  They were quick and did great work.  These are the plumbers I will be calling from now on.  Great company from first phone call to completion of job.

David Miller Plumbing has done several jobs for us and we have been pleased with all of them.  The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and informative.  It was not a difficult job, but he didn't rush and described everything as he went along.  The cost of the service was reasonable.

I have used this company several times and have been impressed with their service and very reasonable rates. I always recommend them if anyone asks if I know a good honest plumber.

After researching plumbing contractors on Angie's List, I received a call back from Dianne Miller, the owner, within 30 minutes of my leaving a voicemail.  She was knowledgeable, courteous and knew exactly what I needed.  She then quoted me an approximate price right on the spot.  Appointment was set and we were all set for installation within their 10 day lead time.  Then a couple of days later she called and asked if they could perform the work on Saturday, at no additional charge, in order to accomodate the vacation schedule of their tech, Steve.  He was there within 2 hours of her call and completed the work in no time.  Steve was friendly, proficient and did a good job explaining what he dod and how the pump works.  I can without hesitation recommend David Miller Plumbing LLC to any of my friends and neighbors.
