"I understand your frustration, but this review feels a bit unfair. Due to supply chain delays caused by COVID, the UV lights are on backorder and won’t be available until October 10th. This situation is beyond my control, and I did inform you about the delay. I’m also more than happy to issue a refund if you no longer want the light.
