He was able to work on all the items that I requested in a timely manner. He vacuumed out the dryer duct. He was able to unclog the toilet. He was able to work on the kitchen faucet. However, the mechanism is frozen and he was unable to get it to come apart without damaging the faucet and was therefore unable to replace the seat and spring.

I had removed the old faucet and installed a new one but I could not make the rod that controls the sink stopper work.
Mr Elliott came out checked it out, took the faucet plumbing apart and found it was missing a part.  He installed the missing part, replaced the faucet plumbing and installed the new sink drain plumbing and checked everything out.  He was fast, efficient,
and very informative.  A pleasure to do business with.  I have already recommended him to friends and neighbors.

Repaired leak within 20 minutes and no problem since.

Sunday night, in preparing for freezing temperatures, we tried to remove all hoses in our "new to us" home.  House 30+ years old, not sure how long hose had been attached - but too long without being removed.  When removing hose, faucet came off with the hose.  Copper pipe broke and a geyser of water was the result.  We cut the water off to the house and started making phone calls to plumbers to see who could come out.  Left some messages, not wanting to go the emergency route since we were already done for the night.  Got a hold of Elliott Plumbing first thing Monday morning and they had a plumber they could send over within the hour.  Austin was very nice, he did a great job.  Instead of chipping brick away from the exterior of the house, he removed some dry wall from inside and with some assistance from us on the outside of the home, was able to replace the faucet with almost no damage to the home at all.  Only thing left to do is just hide the seam from where the wall was cut and repaint it once we get some paint.  We are happy to do that. 

After he replaced the faucet, Austin helped with removing the last hose from faucet on the other side of the house.  Just to make sure there were no problems with that one.  He was very nice and did a fantastic job.  We were only charged for two hours of work!  No emergency fee, nothing additional to an hourly rate.  We could not believe it.  What a great company this is.  This will be the only plumber we look to.  Thanks!

Super job!  I didn't expect a response to my phone message on Sunday morning,  which I left late Saturday afternoon.  He called Sunday morning about 7:30 and arrived a couple of hours later.   Got right to work figuring out where the leak was and fixed it within 2 hours.   Installed cutoff valves to isolate various circuits of water system.  I'm doing the fill-in of the holes, I want to draw a map of the system.  Very helpful and explained the process and options.
Super to work with!  Highest recommendation!

The cost was very reasonable. They were prompt, polite, affordable and knowledgeable. We haven't had any issues since the service. They fixed it. It was very affordable. They're our new 'best friend'.

On Sat night, Oct 18 we noticed the carpet was damp near the wall in our walk-in closet.  Our walk-in closet borders both bathrooms. After reading the reviews I hit the schedule now button for Elliott's Plumbing and I'm sure glad I did. I wrote a small description of our problem, left my contact info, and even uploaded two pictures of the area. I figured I wouldn't hear anything
until Monday. I figured wrong, my phone rang Sunday morning.  Mark introduced himself and assured me it was no problem to come out on Sunday. I was very grateful as he identified the problem, fixed it, and we were able to enjoy the rest of the weekend. 
In addition we recently had our gas stove replaced. We couldn't push the new stove back against the kitchen wall because the gas line needed an addition added to it to allow that.  We scheduled an appointment with Elliot's Plumbing for the morning of 14 Nov. They took care of us, Stick was very professional and courteous. Thank you! I would definitely recommend Elliott?s Plumbing.

We were exceptionally happy with this service.  I am sorry I don't remember the name of the plumber who came out to do the work, but we appreciated his responsiveness, professionalism and everything about this visit.  Best $ I spent on a service call in a long time!

From our initial phone call, to scheduling the install date, all options and prices were provided and discussed.  Very professional.

Stick was on time (early actually).  He is a personable individual and professional technician.  His work is top notch and was completed quickly (approximately 1 hour to remove the old water heater and install the new one).  He definitely saved us much aggravation.  We recommend Elliott Plumbing Services and will be using their services in the future.

He was on time & fixed what was needed & didn't leave a mess. He was also very nice. It took about 2 hours to complete the the work & I thought the price was very good.

I broke a water pipe late in the day that I couldn't repair.  Called Elliot's Plumbing a repairman called me back within an hour saying

that he was on the way.  Repairman was professional, courteous & fast had water restored to home in a short time.  Would use again
if I had another problem.
