I could not have asked for better service.  The gentleman (owner of the company) came in, I told him what I needed done and he went right to work.  He was courteous and professional at all times.  When he was done he cleaned up his mess completely, and the work was top notch.  Will definitely be calling them again when I need a plumber in the future.

Plumbing for my house is somewhat complicated.

House was built in 1951 with "add-on" pluming over the last 50 years.

Elliott was able to figure out the plumbing and only charged me for HALF the time they spent on the job.

I will be coming back to these folks for future plumbing problems!

They discovered that it was improperly installed and they quickly corrected the situation.  Next they suggested that the other 3 bathrooms should be looked at as well.  The same situation was present and they quickly corrected.  The price was fair and I have personally recommended them to many of our friends and neighbors!  I will use them every time I have a need.||Great Company and fair prices.

A one and halve our work that he was kind enough to come out on a Saturday turned into a 3 hour job. he charged for about 2.3 hour because he expected a 1.5 hr +/- .5 hr job. I would have gladly paid the three that was already a fair price. His work was so good (communicating what was happening, cleaning up after his work, asking how I want the temperature control set on the shower faucet (yep did not know some of them can be set so the shower does not get to hot in the case children), etc, 

THey were very busy, with a long list of customers.  Said they would come in the a.m.; were there within the hour of my call.

Made  request for service call at approx. 9:00 AM.  Talked with Mark, told him what I needed and he said he would be out before lunch time and that he would call when he was on the way.  He called as promised and was at my home prior to lunch.  Repairs were made in a timely and professional manner.  Cleaned up as if he had never been here.

Quick response, quick fix, very courteous and professional technician. We were very pleased.

Mark called back same day to set-up appt after I e-mailed them about possible work. He charged me 1 hr of time at $105/hr for a new Kitchen faucet installation. Went above and beyond when new faucet had missing part.  Very very professional, flexible and quick responses! Very reputable. I would definitely use again for any other plumbing needs without a doubt. Fully endorse Mark & the Elliott team.

My phone call was responded to in a reasonable amount of time due to the emergency plumbing needs because of the recent cold snap.  The problem was diagnosed and the plan of action was discussed with me.  They were very considerate of my home and worked very neatly and efficiently.  And the best part...I felt I got a deal when the bill was presented!

A guy from Elliott's came out, looked at the valve, tightened one thing and boom... No more leak.  He charged me $0 and simply asked that I keep them in mind if I have other work that needs to be done.  Class act company!

Went well. I called around 8:30 Saturday morning and he was able to come by that afternoon.

Elliott Plumbing is very responsive! Stick came out almost 2 months prior to the actual install and gave us a quote, free of charge.  When we called to have the work done, he remembered the effort and was ready to go.  We needed to shift our appointment from 9am to 3pm or later the day prior to the appointment, and they were able to accommodate.  They arrived promptly at 3pm, right after the granite installers left.  They took all necessary safety precautions for working with the gas connection, were very gentle with our new cabinets, making sure to do no damage.  They found an issue with something our general contractor had done in a less-than-ideal fashion regarding the sink plumbing and fixed it so they wouldn't have to be called back for another service call.  Finally, they spent 5 minutes fixing a leaky cold water faucet in the laundry room which 2 previous plumbers had failed to fix properly!  We will definitely use Elliott again when we renovate our bathrooms!

He diagnosed the problem, water in the electric controls that burned them out. Went and got the new water heater. Replaced it all by himself, and made sure it heated water as expected.

Mark and his crew always does excellent work for us and I would not think of hiring anyone else.  Always prompt, courteous, and does great work.  He will do his best to get to you as soon as possible and works quickly and does not leave a mess.  They have done several things for us in the past and I have always been pleased.

The repairman carefully removed the brick to gain access to where the leak was and then replaced the copper in-line with much care.  I have used Elliotts for years and they come as soon as possible and always do a great job!

I woke up on Monday morning to find that my sewer line had backed up over night.  I had a real mess with sewage on my floors and tub.  I looked on Angie's list and found Elliott Plumbing.  I call them and they were here with in two hours.   I can tell you this was a great choice.  The Technician found the clean out for my drain and had it cleared in no time.  He was very professional and did a great job.  If I ever need a plumber again I know I will use their services.  Thanks for a great job.

They are very good. Their work is excellent. They've done a lot of different things in my house in the past. This was a major job and they did a very nice job on it. I went down after they had done some of the plumbing but hadn't completed it. What I saw they had done I was very happy with it. I had to get back to New York. I will be going back down in about a week. The price was standard. It was too high and it wasn't low. They got right to what I needed done and got it done.

I contacted Elliot plumbing on Thursday afternoon to get our hot water heater replaced. It took a couple hours for them to reply to my phone call, but when they did, they were extremely helpful. They told me It'd be cheaper to purchase a new heater myself then to have them purchase for me. They said they were busy with another job on Friday, but would try to get out that afternoon. They showed up mid-morning and completed the job on Friday morning, earlier than expected. The technician quickly performed a high quality installation for the exact estimate quoted over the phone. Excellent, professional service at a reasonable cost!

My hot water heater starting leaking on the 4th of July; I left a message on Mr. Elliott's voicemail asking him to call me as soon as possible, but not an emergency.  He called me the morning of July 5th, we discussed the issues and he advised me which hot water heater to purchase myself to save some money, and, after I asked him for a recommendation, a reputable plumbing supply house to do so. The business he recommended was extremely professional, knew what I needed, and even delivered the hot water heater to my home in the rain when they were closing early for the holiday and I couldn't get there due to my work schedule.  I really appreciated that Elliott Plumbing told me they could bring everything or I could save myself some money by providing the heater, which I was happy to do - all it took was a phone call on my part.  Mr. Elliott called me Friday afternoon to advise when he would be at my home on Saturday morning, July 6th, and he was 25 minutes early!  He completed the job in record time and then replaced a tub faucet that was giving me problems and repaired a toilet (all within two hours).  Elliott Plumbing provided excellent service, professional courtesy and reasonable rates - I will definitely call him again with any plumbing issue and would recommend him to anyone who asks for a professional plumber!
